Wonder Drow will definitely overtake Vespert, as much as I hate to admit it, Wonder Drow finds the allpower time everyday, acquires 3-4 powers everyday, so in a about a year, Wonder_Drow will overtake Vespert

But I seriously doubt anyone can take over Vespert's number one rank.  
For example, the last 4 days he gained 18 powers.
