Hard to describe...Imagine watching a run of a dungeon from a legend of zelda game with Link put on fast forward.

...or if that doesn't do anything, then an adventurer jumping ten feet into the air to reach a tree limb before using it as a spring to summersault to the nearest ledge upon which he quickly fights and dispatches a stone guardian without a scratch and uses it's carcass to trigger a series of events which allows a way for the other characters to reach the ledge....

and if that's a bad example in D&D terms it's a temporary buff to the physical parameters of speed, wis, dexterity, and agility accompanied by a plus to all movement or luck based checks.

I've always felt that spellswords leaned towards Blue  but otherwise nice work.
