Who the most Badass character you can think of?

When I think about Manga/Manhwa or Anime.

* Kenpachi from Bleach.  
I know he's already covered in this thread.  
But really. He deliberatly puts an spiritual energy sucking parasite on his eye (the eye patch).
Just so he can stretch his fights a bit longer to make it less boring.  
That's some badass attitude.

* Lucy from Elfen Lied.
Ok, she's a bit messed up with her multiple personality disorder.
But she sure has her moments as one of the most memorable anti-villains.
Anyway, as long her Nyuu personality doesn't have control. Then she's the complete opposite of badass.



Btw, in the video she's the girl who escapes from that evil goverment facility.

No matter what situation he'll figure out a way to deal with it.

For me, just because someone is powerfull and/or frightning doesn't make them badass.

It's a matter of attitude.

And sometimes a character can do or say a real badass thing, while he/she isn't considered a notorious badass all the time.

An example of someone who suddenly does a badass thing is Meji from the Errant Story webcomic.

Now you need to understand the context a bit to fully grasp the awesomeness of her reply.

This a world where Elves have been hunting the Half-Elves for a long time.
And Meji happened to gain the powers of 1 of the Elvish gods.
With those powers she just saved the whole Elven race by defeating Ian, who had gained the powers of the other Elven god.
Meji and Ian are both Half-Elves (Errants) who survived that genocide.

This is the conversation:

Angry Elven Dude :
" NO! NO! we will not allow this!

Peregin Sarine, Virador Misa Paedagogosi, you must stop that half elf!
Right now, before she becomes as much of a threat as the other errant was!

Child, you have earned our gratitude for helping us, but if you think we will allow you to leave with what is left of our gods, you are sorely mistaken.

There are exactly 763 elves still alive inside this mountain.

Some are scared, some are injured, some are buried under the wreckage and will soon die without aid.
