In that case there are two mangas that I have in mind then.
Jesus and Violence Jack The first is a japaniese mafia hitman who is masquerading as a teacher until he can get the several hundred kilos of cocain that he hid in the chalkboards of the school back. One of his moments of badassness, Using an improvised gun to burst the tire of a run away semi truck before it could hit the school.... The second is a ten foot tall giant with raizor sharp teeth and the strength of a gorrilla....the manga only just introduced him but....  Before I forget the elder from Histories strongest disciple Kenichi and his "Human Shuriken"

 She qualifies as Little Miss Badass, Killer Rabbit, Cute Bruiser, Pint Sized Powerhouse and Superstrong Child. Tvtropes is fun.
