Imbue a pencil with artistic creation.

Imbue my shirts with unnegatability.

Imbue all of my shorts with the ability so that my clothes can not be removed by others.

Imbue a bracelet with the power to keep me clothing(Including the bracelet itself) in excellent condition(Always clean, resistant to damage, etc).

Imbue several other bracelets or rings with various reality bending, and matter manipulation powers.

Imbue my shoes with the ability to teleport me.

Sneak into all the worlds technology and scientific facilities to expand my knowledge and gain technology.

Hone my powers so that I can selectively phase parts if my body.

Many other things related to personal gain.

Use it to cheat gravity. After all, if you didn't have more or less neutral weight while phased, you'd fall to the center of the earth.

Everything becomes my door! By that I mean, I would no longer ever open a door- or go through one. Walls become my doors!

I would never need to worry about heights again. Phase if I fall!

Teleportation

Do I need to explain this one? Live in Australia, work in America, party in France.

Oh yes, on a side note, in the Jumper universe, wouldn't there be more Jumpers than normals? Natural selection (i.e. mutations which assist survival and reproduction, both of which teleportation would belong to, are increased in the population) would mean the entire population had the gift after a few generations, both due to the travel advantages, escape possibilities and the natural attraction it would grant the holders. The Paladins didn't start hunting the Jumpers until the dark ages, when Jumpers should have been common if the gift existed since the dawn of humanity.

As for Phasing, I'd mainly use it for defensive purposes and times when I need to escape, but never thievery.

I'd use it to pick Omnipotent Power Mimicry*, then make my clone do my homework, etc. Why? Well, I'd still get the practice and he'd still be able to experience the fun I would be experiencing. We may even take it in turns.

Not to mention the opportunities for parties; a relative wants you to come to a family party but you want to visit your friends? No problem.
