Well, first of all, I'd give somebody the ability to bestow powers (without the added bonus of controlling people he gives powers to), then I'd have him give me any other power (Besides Conditional Ability Bestowal itself) that I wanted.
Then I'd raise an army, using their combined powers to conquer Madagascar or some similarly awesome, exotic place (perhaps NUMEROUS islands, even an archipelago), and make my very own Genosha.

Hmmm, I need to think of another power with several options.
Here goes: Ability Imbuing*, an old favorite (now I'd prefer Omnipotent Power Mimicry*). I'd do a LOT with this ability.
