though being superhumanly huge is also a plus

still, though, I'd probably prefer a djinn over that.

...pick one to start with and then we begin amassing powers by going on individual, and group missions, the more powerful creatures will be reserved for Story missions. I don't really see a problem with the old fire demon version of the djin, but as long as it's lower class, not all powerful demon overlord like the ones trapped in the lamps.

Hmm Yeti seems weak compared to some of the others picked unless i get ice manipulation as well.

....with yeti you get extreme resistance to cold, super strength, slight shamanic abilities, and an enhanced knack for espionage.

WIth a dinn, you would most likely get enhanced speed, and agility, as well as control over fire.

although you may be right wish it's usually better to start out with one of the more infamous creatures so that you can build your sub creatures around that. speaking of which we probably need to make a sheet of each creature, by the way do you want to go ahead with spring heeled Jack for the opening mission...although admittably we do need a RP master for this as well to handle the opposing side...or just have us pick and choose the sides.

You can have pheonix, which entitles you to accelerated healing, flight, and fire manipulation.

Okay time to get this thing off the ground, everyone pick a creature and draw up a character sheet, basic one from the official RP, except include spot on the team, such as recon, espionage, etc. you can have more than one field, but that will just make it harder for your character.

Well, the djinn came in a few different flavors.

Djinn or Jinn- normal djinn: Spirits of air and smoke

Marid- water djinn: spirits of water, highly intelligent, most powerful

Ghul- earth djinn: spirits of earth, the sands and the desert, depraved necrophages

Ifrit (Afreet, Efreet, Efreeti)- fire djinn: spirits of fire, born of fire, most cunning

I'd choose the first kind (the original djinn) to start

Define Slight Shamanistic abilities? Does that / Can that include ice manipulation?

great, that puts you most likely on the espionage team with philote.
I guess that I'm used to the IFrit style of djinn

I'd guess an intimate connection to nature as well as manipulation of ice/cold. Maybe also ability to call other yetis, commune with nature, perceive the supernatural or something?

...each person in this group is allowed one magic specialization, as well as a few weapons to go along with their creature hybridization. SO you could choose as manipulation, which would also explain where you got the yeti scan in the first place, training your ice skills in the Himalayas.
