Rely more on that and less on the other?

All characters have certain base skills, which transfer over to their transformations as well. Your's may be an ability to use magic, but no more so than the human mage.

In order to allow for wolf's characer I will aslo give each player the option of giving their characters an artifact of strength, such as Wulf's crown.

Well, he's not exactly Merlin anyways. Most of his capability in magic is knowledge of its use. He's the least powerful of his many siblings, and his father, Djinn Zetsuei educates his sons in the order of educating them about magic before letting them use it AT ALL.

So, he's really just a novice. There'll be no problem with him using mostly his device thingy.

I don't do OP, and you know that. I know how to remain within the bounds of fair gameplay. His status may be that of a prince, but he is no better at Magic than Harry a few years in at Hogwarts.

The point is that he's the prince of Djinn, even though the original plot concept was solely humans. The rules have to be warped o accomadate him....Everyone finish heir characters, use the sheet from last time.

I need to rethink the mission concepts.

In what way would the rules have to change to accommodate him (other than reduced use of his device)?

Allowing for non humans and hybrids, which alters the base skill set. Either way I'm too tired for this conversation right now.

Does my character require alterations due to being a Changeling?

What conversation? You can't answer my question?

And again, what HUGE changes to the rules would have to be made?

The Atlanteans are interesting.

I find their logic odd, but interesting none the less..

==Character==
Gereon Of Hamelin

=Height=
5 "2

=weight=
118 pounds

=Gender=
Male

=Chronological age=
Difficult to say. From his point of view, it's been at least four long nervous centuries..

=Biological age=
16~

=Skin color=
Caucasian

=Hair color=
Brown

=Eye color=
Blue

=Species=
Human(Changeling)

=Other=
Generally, he seems aware. Like he's carefully watching everything and everyone around him, just in case..

Psychology

=Likes=
Solitude, Being able to relax, Listening to stories, Non-classical music.

=Dislikes=
The (Slightly Insane) Piper, Know-It-Alls, Technology (Which he is sure hates him)

=Phobias=
Heights...

=Personality=
Generally Gereon is rather quiet. He prefers to stand back and observe before speaking. He does have a sense of humor, though most people don't care for it, He likes to feign ignorance when people ask him to do things and takes them literally. ALWAYS be specific if you want him to do something.  He's not much for sudden outbursts or being visibly emotional much. Trust his instincts. If he ducks, hit the ground. If he runs, start sprinting like you're being chased by demons.

Skills

=Knowledge/skills=
German, Some Latin, History and Folktales, Fairy Laws and Psychology. (He knows their rules, weaknesses, how they think, and what they can and can't do.), When to duck and flee.

=Field= Recon, Covert Activities, Transportation.

Innate Abilities

=Changeling=
A human changeling is basically anyone who's been stuck in the fairy world for an extended period of time.

Fairy Glamor- Allows him to "Blend" with his surroundings. Anyone who looks at him will think he's someone or something that should be there, a tree, a janitor, a dog walker..

Magic Sensitivity- Makes him sensitive to the use and presence of magic and most magical mythical beings. Unfortunately, this also means that magical effects will be more effective on him.

Second Sight- Glamors and illusions will seems less solid and real to him, he can even catch glimpses of invisible things.

Captured Species Data

The Piper

A mysterious fairy creature. The Piper's species has no real formal name. All that's know about them is that they have extreme power and specialize in hypnosis and mind control. Because of their power, they are under the strictest laws of any of the fairy kind... Especially after what they did to Atlantis..

Note that Gereon only has a partial scan of The Piper, so his abilities are mostly limited to the hypnotic aspect of their powers.

=Powers/abilities=

Hypnotic Playing- Any and all songs Gereon plays will have a mesmerizing effect. He can put people to sleep, make them forget things, cause them to follow him, even make them dance..

Gateways- Gereon can open a partial portal to the fairy world and make use of the fluid space and time of the place to let him move from place to place almost instantly. (Basically, he makes an entrance portal, squishes the space between it and the desired location, then makes an exit portal.)

Mesmeric Immunity- Gereon is immune to any hypnotic effect that uses song or music as a medium. (Such as siren songs)

Glamored Music-  Layering the illusionary glamor on his music, Gereon can make people sense things that aren't there. While he's doing this, his songs loose their hypnotic allure.

Weaknesses

Iron- Most things from or relating to the fairy world don't like iron much. It screws up their magic and throws up sparks if they ever touch it. Ouch.

Promises, Contracts, and Agreements- Gereon can't break a promise without feeling pain.  Despite their chaotic nature, fairies are weirdly true to promises.  They might use loopholes to make you regret you opened your mouth, but never just break off an agreement.

Technology-  Generally, Human Technology and Fairy Magic don't mix well.  The scanners for the government are something of an exception.

Possessions

Silver Pipe-  Though it's not exactly magical itself, it cannot be permanently lost, stolen or forgotten.  It will always appear whenever it's needed, though only when you're not looking.

Bag of Pixie Dust- Despite being little more than glorified fairy dandruff, Pixie Dust is rather useful. Blown in the face, it can induce sleep. It can also turn visible things invisible and vice versa.
Here is my old character sheet.

I'll be going to the library to help my darling sister on her elvis biography project, so I'll be gone.

Unless the Atlanteans are being religious to keep crazy gods from snitch smacking them worse.. which does make sense.

No, it's like basically this.

1. Greek gods favor a people.

2. Atlanteans worship them in return.

3. Atlanteans stop worshiping, because they take their blessing for granted.

4. Atlanteans begin to disdain the gods, seeing themselves as not needing them, even insulting or abandoning them altogether.

5. Zeus says 'Oh, no you di'int!" And slaps their society underwater, due to them not holding up their end of the bargain.

6. Atlas spares them, and they realize that the gods really DO exist, and that they can be both benevolent and dangerous.

7. Cue renewal of religious contemplation and philosophical discussion of theology (of the Greek kind, and numerous others). Not just falling back in line and "doing as their told", but rather understanding that they are to be thankful for the divine blessings they receive, because the gods owe them nothing.

Yeah, and it's not like they all just fell back in with Greek religion anyhow. Many became religious again, but adopting new religions, favored by new gods and goddesses. This was especially the case when they rejoined the surface world, and began sharing their new-found philosophies with outside cultures.

But by the time people began defaulting to other religions, Zeus 1) was too busy with the folks who still believed/worshiped him and/or the other Greek gods, and 2) had no jurisdiction to punish/attack/plague those favored by different gods, lest he trigger all out war among the different pantheons.

It's all quite interesting stuff, actually.

We work for an organization that keeps mythical beings and mortals apart, specifically to ensure the safety of the mortals.
