Oh...that's a toughie.

But, I'd probably say Atmokinesis.

Atmokinetics need a place to stand, but Geokinetics won't easily withstand constant climate shifts.

I shall go against the established order and say geokinesis.

Why? Make a base with my mind, create earthen armor, etc.

If I got into a fight with an atmokinetic, I'd be safe inside rock armor, with diamond for eyes and hidden breathing holes. If really necessary, I'd bury myself and attack from beneath the ground. However, I'm more of a peaceful person, so hopefully it wouldn't come to that.

Ability Imbuing is obvious.

Imbue something with the ability to act as antimatter to the earthen element.

No, but they can have things like Ability Replication to absorb more abilities.

Hypothetically, though, despite the description saying it is unable to put multiple powers in an object, what about the ability to be imbued with multiple abilities simultaneously?

I'd say Conditional Ability Bestowal*. With it, I'd grant the following powers to people, among others:

1) Ability Imbuing* -I can get the same benefits now.
2) Telepathy* -Control the powerless too.
3) Conditional Ability Bestowal* -I can remain in my fortress of safety while my minions do my dirty work.
4) Reaper's Contract* -Save the dying and get even more minions.
5) The Superpower List* -Protect me.
6) Power Sharing* -Spread powers among my subjects and gain them myself.
7) Power of Imagination* -Reality is (by extension) my plaything.

I think I'd prefer Teleportation if I could control it easy, like say being able to "know" the area before jumping to it.
