Of course, with Ability Replication, you could replicate Omnipotent Power Mimicry* from the person you're giving it to, but that is  a bit cheating.

New choices (this time far more balanced):
Ability Replication vs Empathic Mimicry*.

Remember, with Empathic Mimicry* you don't keep the powers, but you can have as many as you want just by being near the target, while Ability Replication lets you copy one power (two or three with practice) through contact but for as long as you like.

I'd pick Ability Replication any day.
