"Good move guys."

I move into position and ready my bow, when my teammates throw open the door, I'll shoot whatever I see.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

The Spellblade stands next to the door as the Bounty Hunter throws it open. I see a shadow move within, and let an arrow loose to chase it.

The mystery person draws a sword from it's sheathe, handling it with the care of an expert.

Then lunged forward.

-------------------------------------

An inhuman shriek emanated from the pitch black room. Something had been hit, and it sounded pissed.
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

The armored figure continues to weave and parry, countering Jase's moves.

"Where is the wildness I saw before?"

The figure begins to move more quickly as Jase's wild blows rain down on him.

(Since Marv and Wulf aren't posting I'll go again)

I fire a second arrow in the same direction as my two companions rush in out of sight.

I ready my bow and wait a moment. A minute passes and I'm unable to see anything happening in the room. Taking a few cautious steps forward, I step inside the room to face whatever is waiting for us.

The man steps aside to watch Jase rush past him.

He raises his sword to strike.

You hear gibbering noises and broken words all around you. Several things appear to be moving around in the darkness.

I feel anxious, I work best when I'm in the shadows and my target is not. With the way things are now, I'm more likely to shoot my allies then do help. All I can do is wait for an opportunity.

Though still dim, you can now make out a large circular room. All throughout it serpentine creatures with vaguely humanoid heads shift towards the shadows, hissing words.

"Wh b ths? Frnd? Fe?"

One of them stares at the intruders curiously.

You catch a single broken word from their hissing.

"P'swrd?"

The snaky things nod and begin to echo the word.

"P'swrd!"

They stare at the adventurers.
