"I'm afraid all I can offer is my service as a Protection student."

"Tell ya what...You seem like an O.K. guy. I'll enchant the necklace for you if I can ask for your help at a later date. Deal?"

[Philote]

"Sounds reasonable to me. You know my name and my school so you should be able to find me."

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Alright"

The Student takes about 10 minutes to enchant the necklace.

"Here you go. Remember, you have to put mana in this first and it only holds so much."

[Philote]

"Thank you, this will prove to be useful"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Take care." The student waves goodbye.

In the library Samuel looks for a specific spell he could learn. After sometime he asked another student. "Hey you know where I can find a book that could teach me a water spells. Specifically a one that could teach me to use mist to protect myself."

"There are some old spellbooks in the west wing of the library, you should start there"

Billy awoke groggy and hungry. He looked around his room. The spider he had placed on top of his wardrobe. Sure enough, when he checked his robes he found that all the goo had vanished, and around the spider where piled sticks, twigs, and hair. It was really to bad, he had had some plans for the carcass. But what are you going to do? You can't bring back something that was never alive. Just some wood and hair...

HAIR!

Billy sat straight up. He didn't know why he hadn't thought of it before. The dolls where bound up with hair, and if you had a part of someone then you could scry them!

Billy leap from his bed and got dressed, hunger forgotten in light of this revelation. He picked up all the hair he could find, ran out the door, got directions from a nearby spirit (this ability to talk to the dead was turning out to be more of a boon than he ever expected), and was off to the divination ward.

Having finished talking with Zauber, Asoka returned to the dining hall to eat more food and see if anything interesting would occur.

At which point Billy rounds the corners and slams headlong into her, sending the both tumbling to the ground.
 
"Miss Yamata-san. I'm so sorry." Billy says, getting up and helping her to her feet. "It's amazing, we examined the spiders and..." Billy quickly rattles off everything that happened during the spider examination, what they had learned, what they had given the head teacher, and Billy was halfway through telling her how he had brained a man wit a spider until he realized that that bit wasn't important.

"Anyway, there was something we missed. I don't know how we could have, maybe there was a spell cast on it to prevent us from noticing, or maybe we're thick.  The hair!" Billy says, holding the sticks and hair up for her to see. "We can scry this! I'm going to the Divination hall right now. Do you know where everyone else is? We really should have a way to get in quick contact."

"Zauber already let me know of the basic details, but a quick way of communicating? I know of one if you want to hear it."

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"By all means! You can tell me on the way. Come on!"

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

"Ok, well you remember how I got the military history books, right?"

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"Of course, you contacted you're family."

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

"Ok, then to give all of the details.... wait, no the basic details, the system that allowed me to do that is called 'T-Mail.' T-Mail allows those of the Draconic Empire to send or recieve written mail and packages from others. First, in order to send the mail you have to write the message on paper, then you need to roll it up and write the recipient's name on the scroll. After that put two silver coins into the scroll and it will be sent. The only downside to this is that the messages will have to go through me or it won't work. So, what do you think?"

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"It will work for now, though we really should find a more efficient way. I will have to talk with the enchanters after we get done with the scrying. Still, that is amazing! And it works with anyone sending mail to your people?"

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

"Yes, it does, but you need to know the person first... Why do you ask?"

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"Curiosity, mostly. I won't lie, I find the diversity of your home absolutely fascinating! It seems like such a varied and exiting place! To someone who isn't allowed to travel, it seems like, well, Wonderland or something."
