So, what are the biggest most prevalent gangs?

Name: Anita, Hairdresser Extraordinaire!

Physical description:  A tall bubble-gum smacking girl in her late teens. Her hair varies in color, shape and style virtually everyday, and all around her is the persistent smell of hair products.

Personality: Snazzy, Smart and Annoying as all get out. She's more than willing to tell you how your hair/clothing could be jazzed up.

Backstory: In character:

The heaviest set in the whole city would be The Suits.  They dress up like old mobsters and theme themselves after playing cards. The twos are the weakest, the Ace the strongest and highest ranked.

Behind them is the Enochs, lead by "Reverend" Brendon Reed. They style themselves as smiters of the wicked and are at near constant war with the Suits.

Below them are the Echos. They are a bunch of freaks. Gangly limbs, grey skin, wear weird metal masks on there heads, and seem to be able to manipulate sound. No one likes them, but they keep to themselves most of the time.

Below then is a constant struggle of gangs rising and falling in the ranks. The rankings are official, and kept by The Voice, the cities little radio celebrity.

This had a lot of inspirations, The Warriors, Bully, Jet Set Radio, and The World Ends with You chief among them. That is pretty much exactly the kind of character I was looking for. Silly, but played straight.

Make something up and assign it a point value. A cliche can be anything that makes up your character, including non-combat stuff. If you can justify having it, you can have it.
