I guess to be fairly strong, from all the jewelry....not much other than that. He's a fairly simple character.

Bling Armor- Using tons of jewelry to soften/deflect blows.
Collection Maintenance- Making sure his shinies stay shiny.
Heavy Lifting- All that weight means he's waaaay stronger than he looks.

I'm also suddenly having visions of that one guy from Kung-fu hustle who fought with the iron rings on his arms.....strange. Of course my character wouldn't be nearly as mobile...or Kung-fu savvy.

I watched an episode of Naruto (There was a marathon and I was bored), in which that guy with the huge eyebrows (Lee?) was fighting.

He wears insanely heavy leg weights..
