Non core users from Aeon don't have innate powers, but if you have some way for them to train i'm sure you could recruit some.

Can I apply for the Head of Organized Travels position?

Also, I have an inexperienced core user that would like to apply as a student.

Good question...Kethencians are mostly crafters and shop owners and there is a lot of trade going on. They live simple lives and are very friendly. With not much able to grow on Kethencia, the people rely on outside trading for food.

There are a few celebration in Kethencia including the the week long celebration of Kar Don. A celebration of all Kethencia's history.
