Actually, this is called a Pegasy (plural Pegasies).

Bird body with horse head (or just horse ears). In Greek mythology, they were said to be found in Ethiopia.

Yeah, I learned about them looking up Pegasi.

While I'm not sure if this goes here, I can't think of anywhere else to put it..

Anyone heard of the GURPS roleplaying system?

It looks awesome, just awesome.

The level of character customization possible is amazing.

Want an example? The basic book I'm glancing through has a few Example Characters.

They include a Death Drone turned Buddhist Monk, A sneaky thief from a medieval world (Who can teleport), A gentlemanly captian from mars, a British magic using conspiracy theorist, an Elvish ranger, a martial artist who's out for revenge againsth a world-ranging crime organization, an aristocratic vampire and a genetically altered mechanic from a very crappy world.

And all these people are on the same "Team".

And all of that from the basic book.
