So 250

It costs 20% to halve the time.

Honestly, the reason I don't want you to do this is it would greatly increase my workload.

Do the form templates have to be that specific? Or could you make Master template that says he can't get bigger than X, stronger than Y, Faster than Z, and then add in anything special for a form if it comes up, like flying.

Looking good i'm hoping

was hoping that might make it less work for you.

For negative skills, Cooking (I don't have taste I think you said).

For positive skills, maybe very minor first aid, with that unusual body thing I would need to know how to bandage myself up. (Or I could have some healing station possibly but that idea sounds like to many points)

Armoury means being able to repair/modify a certain kind of tech.

In this case, fixing small guns like yours.

Autohypnosis is self-hypnosis. You can use it to focus on a certain mental task, negate pain/tiredness and increase will power..

Spacer is pretty much operating a spaceship.

Free Fall is being able to move easily in zero gravity.

Mind Block is to block telepathy through mundane means (Like reciting poetry or doing complex math so the telepath only picks those up.)

Naturalist is the practical application of things like biology and botany. Helps you survive in the wild.

The langague is assuming he doesn't have a full command over english.

So he speaks with a bit of an accent and has some trouble reading english.
