No I was trying to go with generalized Shapeshifting into weapons, energy, forms only visualized. Even slight alteration like changing muscle cell types or other things. I'm willing to pay a hundred points or slightly more.

Well, shape-shifting comes in two forms.

Alternative Form, Which is a few specific forms..

Or Morph, Which lets you do many different forms.

It starts off costing 100 points.

The limits are..

It takes 10 second to change form (Unless you pay to reduce it)

I have to make whatever templates you take on.

No Nonliving things without a certain enchancment..

And the value of the template must not exceed the number of points put into morph (Get to that later).

Normal humans have a racial template value of 0.

So you can assume the form of any living being with negative racial template points.  This is most animals.

If you paid like 175 points, then you could assume the form of any template with less than 75 points.

You have to see and touch the form to change into it, but  you can memorize forms by concentrating for a minute.. But no more may be memorized than your IQ score.

Cosmetic changes are included for more or less free.

If you pay 50% more points, you can turn into anything, not just nonliving things.

For the numbers, the strength is rather low, but you don't pressingly need it.

Your health is only eight, while most humans have ten..

I bumped up your will and perception a bit, because they seemed to fit.


I would raise DX honestly, mostly because it affects your level of skill with guns..

Zale, you might freak out over this, but could I be a half-elf half-vampire person from another dimension that uses a bow with superhuman speed and rides a winged serpent, with some other random stuff, likely some levels in gadgeteering and quick gadgeteering, and maybe some set form shapeshifting.
