Probably loose eventually, even if Raksha are basically uber-cheaters.

Well, it was supposed to be for the Evolutionist's Stone. And then, I repurposed it so that it could be used for any general RP comments. But, each RP already has its own comment thread, so I went back to using it for mainly Evolutionist's Stone. As in, my most recent announcement about plans to get rid of it.

Otherwise, it seems to have no purpose. I'll probably get rid of it after this thread ends.

I was just wondering, since it seems to have a similar purpose to the Message Board.

If it's comments for the Evo Stone, then it could be put there.

I think you should put it on indefinite hiatus, just in case.

Yeah I made the RP message board back when this thread was for Wulf's RP only I think.

We could archive this one and just use the RP message board if Wulf doesn't have a need for it.

I guess, if folks think it's best. I don't really know whether or not Evolutionist's Stone will continue, anyhow. If it does, then great, but if not, then, oh, well. Years of writing, and hundreds of pages for nothing.

Then again, I might work on this in the future, to develop into a series for TV or something. Who knows?

For now, though, if you guys think it should be put on ice, I guess I can't really argue with that.

Well, no one could, apparently. It seemed to have too many characters, or too many things going on, or seemed too long, or seemed just overall not to be interesting for some reason or another.

I can't say I'm really bothered by that. I tried, and all a writer can do is try.

If you folks don't care for it, odds are the world at large wouldn't care for it, either.

I mean, maybe if I had paced it out differently or something, then I could have developed it better, and made things more interesting. But that's my mistake, nobody else's.

Maybe reboot it. Throw out those things that you don't like and start fresh. Same plot, but streamlined and more focused.

After all, no one is ever satisfied with the first draft.

 And the two of you have my undying gratitude.

I promise, if we get around to it, we will plan in much better detail the next time; the number of lands will be better set up, as well as the timing with which to get to them; the societies, the governments, the adventures, and the Overlords and gang factions will all be better defined. And though, we may reuse some plot and posts from the current story, I'll try to keep things as fresh and interesting and inclusive as possible.

Perhaps if we run into another dry spell, with no other RPs running, we can think about some sort of reboot for it. And you all may take on as many characters, and character archetypes as you think you can handle. I just really want this time to include anyone and everyone who wants to be included.

All I require is respect, cooperation and dedication to the completion of a successful series of stories. And if we're successful, each story should only take about ten pages worth of posts.

How did the first thread start, anyway. It sounds like you started things off well after the meteor. Long enough for the government to collapse, fiefdoms to be set up, and modern amenities to become operational again.
