Thx for making me lol,
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

1. What would be some of the other benefits of having unlimited physical and mental capabilities besides the ones I listed? Anything short of defeating God, A god or Satan. 2. What would someone be capable of if the had all three powers? See previous... 3. What would someone who was true neutral most likely do if they had all three powers? Use their capabilities to bring about unbroken peace and harmony. 4. What would you do if you found out I had all three powers? Try to find out how you got them, so I could get some abilities for myself, and then leave this planet to build one of my own, never to be seen on Earth again, except to retrieve my family members once my newly-designed and perfected world was completed.

ditto except a true true neutral wouldn't care enough about peace or war so if they had ultimate reality bending they would pretty much just disappear from existence.

Actualy with all three I would be able to beat some mythologies for instance
In Greek and Roman mythology no one god had complete omnipotence sure some were more powerful than others but each one had a different specielty. In fact in greek myth hurcules beat Ares the god of war. Zeus was nearly over thrown in multiple instances by his siblings, giants ect. So just because a culture calls a being a god doesn't mean they are all powerfull just that they are more powerful than average mortals. So if I was up against beings( I don't like calling pagon mythology gods) from mythologies like Greek, Roman, or Norse I would still win because they wern't neccesary all powerful. Also If I wouldn't be able to beat satan I wouldn't be able to beat michael. In the bible the archangle Michael bested satan there for if I couldn't beat Satan(in combat) I wouldn't be able to beat Michael either. Personaly I dou't any body could beat God in any of his three aspects (The father all mighty, Jesus the sun, and the holy ghost). I just figured I should point out that if I can't beat Satan in combat I would be unable to beat Michael who has been said to beat Satan in combat. I have a question Why would I be unable to beat satan? I wan't to know because Satan is not omnipotent. |
Horror! It's not Hercules, it's Heracles! So, that's why you wanted to have Michael in the Warriors of Myth thread: You wanted to have an unfair advantage compared to the other people! |
.....for the first part of that I thought he was reffering to someone else....................also this annoys me the trinity is not god, but yeah you wouldn't be able to beat any of them....although I'm not sure if the holy ghost is an actual force more of an aspect.........

Yes it is heracles but the most common variant of his name is the roman variation hercules. In fact very few people know hercules's greek name was heracles due to literature, pop culture ect. using the roman variation hurcules.
I was going to choose michael in warriors of myth thred since I thought since I couldn't choose god I might as well choose the next best thing. I deleted it because I couldn't figure out a good way to explain why I chose Michael. Can someone please answer my question? |

The trinity is god they are simply diferent aspects of god. It is very hard to explain the trinity so I will simply make it as simple as possible and tell you the trinity are the different aspects of god.

This question
Why wouldn't I be able to beat Satan with unlimited reality warping, unlimited physical and mental capabilities, and comple control over superpowers and abilities? I asked it because I even stated that combo is second only to omnipotence. So why wouldn't I be able to beat Satan, Satan isn't omnipotent. |
Neither do you. |
If Satan isn't Omnipotent and this power makes you second only to omnipotent beings then how come you can't beat Satan.
Being nigh omnipotent isn't the same as being omnipotent for example Galactus is nigh omnipotent but he was sent away with ease by the reality warper the beyonder. So I don't see why someone with this power wouldn't be able to beat Satan. |
Then the obvious answer is: this power makes you 42nd only to omnipotent beings |
How does this make you 42nd to a omnipotent being?
Satan is not omnipotent so that is realy irevelent anyway. Marvels Galactus and embodyment of death are nigh omnipotent beings and beyonder whose only power is reality warping easily defeated them. So high enough reality warpers are second only to omnipotent beings. So how come I wouldn't be able to beat Satan with unlimited reality warping, unlimited physical and mental capabilities, and complete control of superpowers and abilities? Satan isn't omnipotent |

You can't beat Satan, because you aren't God.
God already spoke (in the Bible, look it up) that HE alone was destined to put Satan in his place, at the end of time, after Judgment. Therefore completely defeating/killing him ahead of that would be impossible. (BTW, to other posters: If you harp on the fact that I am simply MENTIONING God or Satan here, I will rearrange all of your bones and internal organs...)

And the number 42 is a reference to a book, which I believe is Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy or something like that, in which a cosmic mega-computer derives from the universe that the ultimate to life's mysteries is somehow the number 42.

Sorry
If God said only he would put satan in his place then I can't argue with him. God must have stated that after Michael bested satan. Still before god stated that Michael still bested satan in combat so I guese beating Michael is out of the question also. Michael is no god but if I cannot beat Satan then I won't be able to beat Michael who actualy bested Satan in combat. Satan I wouldn't be able to beat because god said so. I have another question Where would I be on the power scale This is the power scale I know of so far God is the most powerfull being in existence, michael is the second most powerfull I am not sure how to rank the other beings in the bible. Where would I rank if I had unlimited reality warping, unlimited physical and mental capabilities, and complete control over superpowers and abilities. |
