No. It's a resistance to the alteration of your body's reality. No unnatural alteration about what is true about the user's body, mind or spirit.

but it's a technical alteration of reality in the way that it is naturally fighting against alteration. All reality benders can due this, but seldom unconsciously.

Temporal Rewind vs Telepathy?

Hmm, ya know, I think this one is a matter of skill, really.
 
Telepathy could subdue one with Temporal Rewind, preventing him from using his power. Temporal Rewind could redo his mistakes to correct them. Telepathy could read the other guy's thoughts to know when time's been rewound. Temporal Rewind could avoid the conflict in the first place. It's a vicious circle, really...

temporal rewind hands down, telepathy is only limited by a persons thoughts, eventually if the person with Temporal rewind were patient enough, they would eventually exhaust every possible outcome and eventually kill the telepath.

hold on I got it slightly mixed up, but either way telepathy is entirely limited, have you heard of the static thought. Think of an extremely loud annoying sound and it will act a mental barrier for your other thoughts, and if good enough, cause pain to the telepath. someone with temporal rewind could come up with one plan, rewind timne, and think of another plan while acting out the old one tricking the telepath.

precognition's head explodes from seeing to many futures occurring at the same time....but seriously in that case it is entirely evenly matched. a similar showdown occurred between batman and a temporal re winder during one of the older series. so technically the more physically fit/luckier one wins.
