More like Pick a Power*, which you lose control of in danger, when it becomes a defensive ability.

For instance, I may make use of Teleportation, but if trapped in a glass box filled with water, I would be stuck with Underwater Breathing.

Feel free to shoot those ideas down, I still need a serious idea for a power.

I now have a better idea:

Sarcasm Detection
The ability to detect sarcasm in any form.
With this ability, the user can detect sarcasm, whether spoken, telepathic, written or otherwise.
Good:
-Detect sarcasm.
-Good for autistic people.
-Very useful when on the internet.
Bad:
-If you are good at picking up on sarcasm, this is next to useless.
-Nearly useless if you do not understand the form of communication; you will just know that it contains sarcasm of some sort.
-Very limited array of uses.

I have thought of a new power!

Power Bind:

The ability to bind your self or other's powers to their consciousness.

With this ability, you can bind a being's powers to it's consciousness. This means it's powers will return if not actively negated, they can communicate with those who mimic their powers, are immortal as long as at least one person possesses their power/s, can use the senses of their mimics and use their powers through a mimic.

The good:
-Immortality (in a sense).
-Telepathic communication.
-Keep powers.

The bad:
-Requires a means for another being to absorb the target's abilities.
-Useless if the target lacks powers of their own.
-May make a target more vulnerable to mental attacks if they do not shield themselves.

What do you think? I though of it while thinking about what I would do if everyone on Earth got 2 powers of their choice (with mine being Teleportation and obviously, Omnipotent Power Mimicry*) and thought this would be my first move with the latter power, to take advantage of the thousands of mimics running around.

I am thinking of returning to the reincarnation series at long last.

I will take Neo's old "Reincarnation: Physics" idea. You come back as a physical law in the universe, potentially enabling or disabling certain things. You can control whether you apply to a selected instance (you sense where you apply) and come back through other means as well. However, you cannot change yourself after first death.

I have got another few powers under consideration:
1) Healer 5: Sense renewal:
With this power, all people within a 25 kilometer distance of you have missing/compromised senses restored to normal function. However, I cannot decide if you should be able to share senses with them or (more likely) get the same boost yourself.
2) Clone personality programming:
You are able to use this power to assign the personality, likes/dislikes, etc of any clones you create. You could make a clone who find the things you love boring and things like paperwork fascinating.

What do you think? I thought of these while I was away.

Skin Pockets: The ability to create pockets in your skin that you can store things in
Siri Mind Link: The power to have a "helper voice" similar to the iPhone's Siri in your brain
Bounce: The power to make anything extremely bouncy

Name: Lifestyle Continuation
Summary: The ability to experience the effect of continuing a day's lifestyle.
Description: With this ability, you can record a day's lifestyle and make it repeat itself. For instance, you could study a subject intensely for one day and continually gain knowledge or at least remember what you learned. You could build muscle by  working out hard on one day and recording it or enjoy the effects of a particular diet without actually being on it.
Pros:
-Change yourself for the better.
-Makes many minor tasks easier.
-Experience an enjoyable lifestyle with the benefits of another.
Cons:
-ALL factors of your lifestyle are continued.
-You can only life the effects of one lifestyle at a time.
-You must experience a day of that lifestyle for it to be continued.
