Jynx aren't born with a dress. They can't even be born as Jynx, because they have a pre-evolution form.

....as llong as I'm on the subject is it actual evolution or do they just hit multiple puberties....also if not how could you hatch a second or above evolution in the first game from an egg then.

Well, first off, we were talking about the first generation, BEFORE we knew about Smoochum.

And second, that still begs the question...at what point does the evolved Smoochum get the dress?

Not really. I believe I made a reference to the first generation. And if not, I still figured it was implied. I've only been asking questions pertaining to the first generation, and believe it or not, I'm not actually dumb enough to forget Jynx had a pre-evolution after first generation.

...........why cant it be born with it's dress, for all we know it is a part of their body, are Chansees born with the little hat?  ALSO NINTENTO  CREATED ARCEUS UNDER THE GUISE OF THE ALL POWERFUL MISSING NO, WHICH LOST MOST OF IT"S STRENGTH AFTER THE CREATION OF THE POKE UNIVERSE.
