There are now rumors of a new form of Mewtwo being revealed in the next pokemon movie
 I really hope it is not true.

it looks like he's some kind of fish or snake thing. That's totally just as cool and intimidating as his normal form...

The capability of evolution would imply that it was not the pinnacle of whatever domain it represents in the first place...
Though, if it were to have an evolution (possibly brought about by infection with the original Deoxys virus), I think this could also be a viable option.

Deoxys has numerous forms. And since Mewtwo and Deoxys are both artificially-made Pokémon (Deoxys from a virus, Mewtwo from cloning Mew, if memory serves correctly), it only makes sense that there exists the possibility to manipulate characteristics of Mew into Mewtwo, and the characteristics of Mewtwo into yet another form.
Besides, the new form looks awesome. Weird (what with the tail moving onto its head and whatnot--it sort of reminds me of Mewtwo mixed with the Xenomorph from the movie Alien), but awesome.
