well what did you expect to happen when I released an isane evil force onto the world in order to participate in a fight with several reality benders.

No the only use would be as an encyclopedia of sorts so then you can look up a person and find his/her weaknesses and the profile ie you can learn people's birthday's favorite foods etc. and certain personality quirks.

Can also let you know what things you can eat, how you can make potions or other concoctions, in other words it can tell you anything that is possible to look up or research.

It does not give you prerecognition because you can't research about things in the future.....unless you can time travel or the book of everything was from the future.

Basically its a compilation of all knowledge that is in the world currently.

Made-up languages---if used would have an entry in the book--possibly.

Does not tell you everything about a person's life---only a brief glance.

Does not tell you what people are thinking---only a vague idea given reading the person's profile.
