It stops at 55 degrees north so it is not touching greenland and the reality altering makes it so that whatever would have happened to the world without New Atlantis happens. And it is in the same spot as before.

I made a crown that makes my Kystians more obedient to my commands, and makes them look for fewer loop holes.

Though I can't make them completely obey me without certain powers.

My training hell is over. i fall out of a hole in the dimensions and form a smoking crater somewhere in the eastern United states. I'm still twitching from it.

I notice that some idiot has created a giant  continent the size of asia in the middle of the ocean. Seeing it as an Eyesore I swim to the bottom of the ocean, blasting apart some odd souless monsters that look like squids, by atomizing them with the power of the Jack. I sever the continent from the tectonic plates and sever it's connection to the earths gravity. I punch the bottom of it, creating a small nuclear explosion, which blasts it out of the water and sends it orbiting the earths atmosphere a bit away from the moon. The I rest on the sea floor and take a nap.

There now New Atlantis is a giant floating space citadel orbiting the earth. Does that make everyone happy?

You do not blast it, it dosent conflict and is a paradise not an eyesore, it remains where it is with the protections to prevent people like jester from doing that to it. Just look at the pacific if you dont like how it is and WHD is right the protections make sure things are normal, it even teleports trade ships to where they need to go to not interfere with trade in the atlantic.

I don't really care either way, if it's an Atlantic paradise, or an orbiting citadel. I think both are cool, and just want a cool base, but I don't want to make neo angry. (p.s., I think neo made wards for that, and the base, made by me, can't have that done to it, I think.)

so your saying that you don't want a giant floating space citadel with an eagle eye view of the entire world. Hm..I was not aware that the protections could stop an entire tectonic plate from lifting into the sky, even though I did not touch the actual continent.

My base can "create" new matter by simultaneously creating matter and anti-matter.

This doesn't break the laws of physics since the net matter in the universe remains constant.

And I can get energy from both.

That's more than 100% efficiency.

We got our house to New Atlantis there by creating an intangible tunnel with ghost field under our house, then neo used Force Manipulation to alter gravity to get us there. We built our palace, which I'll post about later, around our house.

Also, if you destroyed Celadon, nothing would happen to the universe, especially since Wulf MADE that planet. If there was a catastrophe, one could always undo it with Power of Imagination/Pro Recall/etc.

Also, with one extra power, I could walk into your base without struggle:
-Weapon Immunity: All you weapon-based attacks would be rendered useless. Since you rely so heavily on guards with special weapons, it would be a cakewalk getting to you guys and defeating you.

Also, Greenday, you and neogenetica could be a formidable team if one of you acquired just one power: Power Sharing.

Also, if you got Wish on your side (of he got you on his), you would have an enormous variety of powers. This would enable one of you (or the whole team) to fight toe-to-toe with us, giving us a challenge.

Pack Invulnerability or Reincarnation 5: Soul Link would also be useful powers, but not as much as Power Sharing.
