.....Does it really matter. We know how to simulate gravity with cintrifugal force so knowing what it is specifically doesn't matter.

In general relativity, the effects of gravitation are ascribed to spacetime curvature instead of a force.

I prefer general relativity. It makes so much more sense.

Yeah, Centrifugal Force (in reality Inertia) provides a substitute for gravity, though wile not identical, is the same for all intents and purposes. We spin them around.

On planets with dramatically lower gravity like Mars, people sleep in pods which are spun. On Venus, of course, this is not an issue.

I also have a few colonies on Earth, floating about on the oceans.

They're probably still chronically weakened until they return. If I can lift 100 tons telekinetically with all my boosts, I'm still pushing it.

At least it feels humanising being brought down to normal.

That is, of course, until I restore my powers using my backups from Power Backup* and Power Backup Ability*, the latter of which kicks in within seconds of the sudden power loss, which physically hurt us all (due to sudden power loss, changing our biology). Sucks for those who were in a spirit form at the time; you'd die, with you soul passing on. At least my cat form had my powers kick in and remind me who I was.
