The ones on Venus were essentially oversized Zeppelins, with the "balloon" out of proportion to hold the weight.
The ones on Mars weren't much, mainly made out of mudbrick. I didn't use powers to maintain the colonies; I used technology we have now, I made with my powers and that which I made with Research Zone*. They were, however, connected by a teleporter network, which was (at least at the start) superpower-based.

Yeah, when it comes to power use, we seem similar:
1) We stop the riots for fun. 2) We help the world in other ways. 3) We stop these petty things mortals call "wars". 4) We both have personal realms for universe protection -in the main plot, the universe we're in is a personal realm which (from memory) I created to save the universe from certain doom. 5) We have no planet of our own. I have colonies in space, but no planet to myself. I own several governments, but even then there are independent areas. I like Celadon though, I must admit. P.S. Maybe The Chessmaster* for ending the financial crisis?

Yeah, I just like making a utopia in space. Doesn't impact Earth or harm the environment and I rule through respect.
I rule in a way that my citizens would hate anyone to overthrow me; they love having me as their leader. It's one of my main goals.
