No matter what it is, even to be given a form like that would subject it at least PARTIALLY to it. If it wasn't subject then it either bent reality(not just the laws of physics), was an abstract concept used directly, or actual destruction  just used raw would destroy EVERYTHING as well as not having a form(usually).

why not, if it destroyed light then it would be a black blob in an otherwise colored landscape, and since it's unstable it doesn't keep a single shape.

Technically if it only destroyed light in the shape of a flame then it is absolute blackness, which you COULD see the outline of if you saw what was around it.

Easy actually with a spiritual view once an object gains sentience unless it is truly omnipotent it has a core ganglia which regulates the rest of it's structure, unless it's simply a giant brain in itself, which ust makes it too easy, like trying to find a needle in a stack of needles at that point. as long as you make direct conact with the core of concentration you can get it.

I thought the universe was self omniscent and omnipresent, it's reality and "consciousness" spread in every single point of it's existence.

IMpossible at that point, once something gains true sentience it has to have a point of concentration or else it's spread to thin to do anything.......it's like trying to spread a bucket of water across the desert...evenly.

But if each point is a measure of the TOTAL reality, then each point is conscious just as the others so it has no "center" there are more than one type of conscious you know.

Even if the universe DID have any consciousness (which it doesn't), it's consciousness would be immaterial. If you attempted to make contact with the thing's consciousness on any level, it'd likely kick the crap out of you and expel you from it via the galactic version of a sneeze.

So the universse itself isn't conscious just all of it's parts crfeating a sort of hive mind....but then that makes it even more easily corruptable, similiar to a computer virus, if you infect one with insanity it'll spread to all of the other's in the hive, until your left with a comatose universe
