I grab a Alchemiter from Homestuck which I just started observing and tinker around with it because I like combining the data of things.
"So" I ask everyone "How are we going to handle the next plot arc? It seems we all have some pent up randomness to release first, but then is Wulf going to take over? Would be nice if we had a way to have a plot going simultaneously with the normal freeform randomness of NB. Plot arcs are fun, but they keep new people from joining and sometimes take a lot of work to finish."
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

We could do like what I did with the Miscreant arc. Short spurts of plot with random smooshed in between.

I was thinking it would be nice if we had a Plot-Thread and a Random-Thread, but that would mess with the continuous thread line up we have so far.
Most of the plots seem to require attention on them until they are fulfilled.

Multiple threads? Ehhhh, I dunno....that seems both unnecessary and ineffective to me.

Yeah, that was the problem I was having with it too.

I pardon myself from my guests and begin painting the narrative.
Well, at the moment, we do well to have a billion things going on at once.
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

"Painting the Narrative"?
So what excitement shall we get involved in?

Typing things without saying them
I really wonder what that seems like to normal things. Like we're popping words into existence, making them without any intervention by sound? I dunno what we should do though. I could find some people to make the party more interesting. I know a reasonable fraction of everyone.

It sounds as if the arc has finished. Is it now that I join, or do I wait?

It worked that time, unless you did not reply from email then.
It might let you edit it before you reply to the email, or you could try following the link and replying from the forum instead of the email maybe.
