Something soft hit Phi in the back of the head. As he turned to look, something hard landed on him.
Luckily, the rabbit had bounced clear as Thumper came crashing down on the newcomer. Peter shook his head. Really, what had he been expecting? Passing, leaving his power on it? To something with a thousand enemies,an action like that could only be viewed as an attack. It wasn't paranoia, not when everything was really after you. He walked up to the rabbit, and watched. He nearly fainted. "Frithrah." The creature was glowing, and growing. Luminous blue wings sprouted from it's back, crackling with power. It was the size of a dog in a second, the size of a horse moments later. At the point of creation, materialization, an object created with magic isn't yet fully realized. During such time it was "open" so to speak, able to receive additional information that would effect the core of it's being, mutating and changing to incorporate that information. Peter wasn't strong because he was good at the materialization process. Quite the opposite, he was prodigality bad at it. His materializations were filled with holes that needed filling. As he watched the creature before him stop growing, become realized as an entity in the world, he could tell that it was the most power such creature he'd ever made, and that what this rabbit had was only a fraction of what possessed by the man currently under Thumper, probably held back only by the disorientation of it suddenly being really dark. He could try to talk, he guessed. Try to explain that it was only instinct that had caused his creation to attack. And if these two were willing to listen, he might convince them. If they were not, at least one of them would be able to end his before he could draw breath. On the other hand, he could try to make a run for the Vault. Hide, like his instincts told him to. Dash for the warren and hope you were faster than whatever was on your tail. All of this passed through his mind in a instant. Peter thought very quickly. He made his decision. He leapt on the creature, a steed worthy of being called El-ahrairah, and it moved faster on it's feet than any he had yet ridden. It leapt through the demons, taking the Vizier gently in it's jaws. After all, he was still necessary. It bounded of the roof on shining legs and hit the floor running in the direction the vault had taken before anyone could blink. And what about the Vault? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A Demon in a grey suit came round the corner, into the intersection one of the netherworld elite battalions was using as a temporary camp, wailing and gnashing it's teeth. "Oh, it's terrible, awful. Strong guys are coming this was." They all picked up their heads as she ran up, making an exaggerated showing of catching her breath. "I was sent by Malphas. Oh, it's incredible. There was blood and feathers everywhere. He sent me to warn everyone I saw in this path about the warriors that were coming. He said they were worst the Michal and the host. I managed to sneak past them. They were laughing about how weak we all are, that they would rule hell if they ever went down there. Can you believe that type of nerve? What are you waiting for, get ready for battle." They acted quickly taking up arms. No one insulted the netherworld elite like that. The messenger made it's way through the camp. "Thar's right, don't let anyone past here! Show them our demon pride! We invented it after all!" The gave a rousing cry, going to reinforce the front. The Vault smiled the sharkish grin that came with this form. Bunch of sucker. Of course, it couldn't be helped. If someone else reached the boss of this place first, they might destroy the astounding, outrageous, totally-one-of-a-kind thing that was disabling him. Speaking of... The door opened, just a touch, and in her hands were a pair of dousing rods. She made sure none of the demons were watching and moved them to the other three exits, throwing out his desire to find the boss and his one of kind debilitation. Now, which one gave the highest reading...? (I assume, Phi, that my rabbit wasn't held in place if you were watching it to see what it would do. Sorry if I was wrong.)

(You're doing fine, I'm still unsure of what I should use as a correct response in this situation but I'm sure we can work something out. Also, if Vault is dousing, the sword I just created might pique his interest )
The mutated rabbit begins to rise upwards as if it was riding on a platform as a silver light shines out from under it. Below, I wield the wards created by the Rose King's Shield in my left hand and raise it higher, pushing the rabbit and the light further into the air. Around me, the silvered light reveals a purple wavering force in the form of an impossibly large shield. The shield phases up from the floor, revealing more of its dimensions and forming the platform holding the rabbit. From past experiences, I did not trust the demons I saw attacking above, but not all creatures of that appearance would be considered true demons under my own definition so I could make any assumptions yet. The child had taken off with the man who had originally been attacked, which was suspicious considering that that man was most likely the one with the pass I required. I would have to follow after the child see what he planned. Wulf would be more than capable to deal with the demons. I glide under the shield I created until I reach the door of the room, at which point I dissipate the shield and fly towards the child.

(Not sure where my last post was, so putting this new one here.)
I sit down suddenly after looking at the designs for so long and materialize a cup of tea. Mayumi glances over quickly then takes a longer look and screeches, "Aaaaargh! Mistress, we're supposed to be working here and you're drinking tea!" "Don't worry, when doing work it's best to relax before getting stressed out. Come join me." Mayumi makes a pained face, then sighs and walks over to start drinking tea before she's ordered to. Kiki skips over as well and gets a cup of tea too.

A sound come from down the little hallway the three are resting in. Faint, almost a whisper...
"Heyo hoya heyo hoya heyo hoya heyo hoya..." A figure slowly makes it way up the hallway, eye's closed, sticks outstretched in it's hands. A demon, from the look of the horns, wings , and tail, all wrapped up in a steel grey suit. "Heyo hoya heyo hoya heyo hoya heyo ho-" It stops when it aligns with the trio, one of it's nostrils quirking at the scent of tea. It's switches the sticks to one hand and reaches out with to other. It finds purchase on Mayumi's face, before working it's way down her shoulder, her arm, her hand, until settling around her glass of tea. This she snatches away and drains, tossing the cup absent mindlessly behind her. "-ya heyo hoya heyo hoya heyo hoya..." she goes, continuing on her way. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Peter had to give it to this guy, as he watched the man glide over the ground at a steady clip. Keeping up to a rabbit was no easy task. But he wasn't fast enough. So long as nothing stood in his path.... "WARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" came the defining shout from in front of him. He turned and beheld the legions of the damned. The second Legion of the damned, specifically, a core made up of men desperate to prove they had what it took to be first legion and though that beating down the ones who beat down the Great President of the Netherworld might be a mighty fine mark on their resumes. Peter didn't know any of this. What he did know is that he was running toward a wall of spears and teeth. But the mighty steed, El-ahrairah, acted before he could even think. It took a flying lea and spread it's great blue wings, sailing like and angel over the shocked demons. But they wouldn't stay shocked. Peter laid flat on the rabbits back, and flung both hands at the horde of ghastly faces below him. He felt the energy of creation cracking between his fingertips. "Out of the Hat Attack!" He shouted, and in a burst of magic that sounded like a party popper the demons were showered in little, white, adorable bunny rabbits. They didn't stay cute for long.

Mutants erupted before me on top of the demons that were already in my way. "I'm going to have to ask you to stop so that we can sort this out, I just can't let you escape with the pass that man has" I call to the person fleeing on the rabbit.
I plunge my sword into the ground just outside of the mess of fighting and draw on a different set of data. "Passage" I say as I move the energy into the wall and a new hallway forms that circles around the fighting. Rose King's Shield jumps back into my hand and I fly off again in pursuit, further back now due to the delay.

Mayumi: "My tea! I'm gonna get ya, ya little miscreant!"
Mayumi quickly increases the gravitational force on the demon to 100g.

She stumbles, hat pressed down against garish neon-pink hair. Then she rights herself and takes a few heavy steps forward, continuing to make strange sounds.
She still hasn't opened her eyes.

Good. Very Good.

After sometime of being lost in that strange garden. I wonder if I should call her. I mean she possibly would beat me up. I mean I really really didn't know what I was doing here. All I knew was that everyone else was in here somewhere. Damn this is annoying. Why can't there be an easy way to find the others. I mean Garth and Alvina wouldn't mind coming along.
(Can I bring them along. I should note Alvina will give me the ability to break all and every rule well I have that ability already, but with her I become more elaborate with it in combat and I usually only stick with it in combat.)

Mayumi walks over to the demon, materializing her Soulsword as she does so, "So, who are you and why'd you take my tea?"

Upon being addressed, she finally opens up her eyes.
"Because it smelled good?" she says, as if it were the most obvious reason in the world. "Hey, neat sword! Can I see it?" She stuffs the dowsing rods in her pockets and reaches out her greedy taloned hands.

Mayumi holds her Soulsword slightly out of the demon's reach as I say, "Let her try to touch it, Mayumi. She won't be able to anyway, since it'll just teleport back to your hand that she isn't near."
Mayumi lays her Soulsword on the ground carefully, "Yes, mistress."

"Really now?"
Did this woman just imply that it wouldn't be able to hold onto something? Oh no she didn't! At fist, it had just wanted to see the sword. Now? Now it was a matter of professional pride. The door opens. The door SLAMS! The sword is gone. It doesn't come back.

Mayumi stays still, slowly breathes in, then out. When she breathes back out her Soulsword appears in her hand yet again, "Y'know. I'm not surprised someone tried that. Especially when they don't realize that a Soulsword is a part of its wielder's soul. That link is irrevocable. By the way, you were told you could touch, not steal."

The demon kneels, hand over her heart and panting. Her word are strained. "Yeah? Well you could have told me that the sword was a part of you. I can't store things like that separate from a vessel, otherwise they sort of try to take over."
She scowls at the trio." So what, you guys work here or something?"

Mayumi: "Work here? Absolutely not! I only work for Mistress!"
Me: "No, we don't work here, we were trying to get out of this room." I point to the room's guardian, "She's stuck here due to a spell powered by the designs on the ground, so we're trying to decide how to get rid of it so she'll let us out."

"A lovely black-hole protocol. Easy to get in.."
She waved her hands vaguely around. "..Nigh impossible to get out. I don't believe I recognize the body you wear."
