I stick a needle into a conjured rock and inject into it the experiment I've been working on. The rock immediately begins rapidly growing in size and I throw it into the creatures mouth. By the time the former rock has entered the beings mouth, it has already reached past Aeon's size.

Considering that it eats multiverses, which themselves are always infinitely expanding, I'll say no, but the constant barrage made it stop to scratch the itch which gave us just enough leeway to escape, go on with the next random adventure.
