It's not about controlling Soulswords, it's the fact that Ultimate Authority can control anything as I recall.

It is similar to a soulsword actually I think.....

It's basically a sentient offcropping of a persons soul sollidified into an item of some sort. It will immediately try to kill you upon creation however. If you survive, the two of you get a major power boost through cooperation.

If Ultimate Authority can control anything, then can't it be developed to control a Soulsword? Even potentially to activate unopened, unachieved stages?
