"I suppose you think your powers are so tough", Brutus scoffs, "But I'm only a human. And you have yet to lay me out. Just think if you went against somebody with actual power! Like the Marvelous Miscreant! Or Philote! Or the Penultimate!"

Brutus stabs the sword Babaraina into the ground again. This time, from the tip of the blade all the way to the hilt.

The ground around Matsuri cracks, revealing spaces with purply-black shadow energy. Little by little the ground cracks away more, until it finally opens out into a gravitational vortex.

It leads to the prison realm of Demens.

[Zaleramancer]

She did fight me.

And only really lost because she ran out of energy..

[Celadon's Penultimate]

Then you are excluded.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Matsuri teleports to solid ground.
Matsuri: "I've already fought with Zaleramancer, he was fun. But, really now a prison dimension? I haven't even gone full blast with this combo."
Matsuri materializes her witch's broom and sits on it, then starts to charge energy.

Matsuri's improved since then by the way.

[Celadon's Penultimate]

"You certainly are cocky, even for a reality bender. Thinking I meant to BANISH you to the Prison Realms..."

He pushes down on the sword a little harder. Then, as he focuses his energy, the prison dimension reacts, as it has with the Penultimate in the past. The hole in the ground crumbles away a little bit more, and some vines begin creeping out of the ground.

"Cold iron is immune to magic. And moly cancels magic out. We'll see what cold-iron moly plants will do!"

The vines begin extending out of the prison realm at supernatural speed. Brutus focuses on the sword so they can take the strength, speed, reflexes and other abilities that he otherwise would have to use for himself.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Matsuri: "Ok, ready. Cold iron might be immune to magic, but who said anything about psionics?"
She then began to fire off several psionic blasts at Brutus.

[Zaleramancer]

She got you there.

[Celadon's Penultimate]

"Sigh, I suppose you got me there..."  Brutus feigns disappointment, "Which is why I got some of THIS."

He concentrates on the sword even harder, and the ground raises pillars of quartz, which conduct the effects of psionic attacks.

"Thankfully, I've been doing my research. You won't defeat me easily."

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Matsuri: "I suppose I could summon them, but... Oh, well, let's do it! I summon the Lord of the Wolves and the Lady of Spiders!"
In front of Matsuri appear a giant wolf and a giant spider.
Both: *What do you wish for us to do?*
Matsuri: "You can beat up that guy over there and destroy his weapon but don't kill him."
Both: *Yes, ma'am.*
As the Lord of Wolves and the Lady of Spiders go after Brutus, Matsuri attacks the cold iron with psionics and the quartz with magical heat and flames.

[Philote]

[Celadon's Penultimate]

 Brutus looks to me, "May I, master?"

"Sure."

 "Excellent. Then I summon...HIM."

The skies grow dark, and the animals flee. The waters grow still, and an eerie mist rolls in.

Out steps a tiny pink cat, mewing cutely.

"Lord of Wolves. Lady of Spiders. Meet the Kitty of Doom."

[Celadon's Penultimate]

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Lord: *A hellcat?*
Lady: *You dare to underestimate us?*
Lord: *We are the gods of our people and long ago we gave permission to Dryad and future servants to summon us*
Lady: *How about you summon the other 10, Matsuri*
Matsuri: "Alright then I summon the Lord of Snakes, the Lord of Hawks, the Lord of Squids, the Lord of Crocodiles, the Lord of Scorpions, the Lady of Tigers, the Lady of Butterflies, the Lady of Fish, the Lady of Foxes, and the Lady of Bears!"
Giant versions of each species appear and the Lord of Wolves and Lady of Spiders explain everything to the others. They split up and go after Brutus and the Kitty of Doom.

[Celadon's Penultimate]

Brutus grows insulted, , "I, too, am a servant. In fact, here comes my master, now. Master Penultimate, might I?"

Whatever, go ahead.

"I summon the Lava Lord. And the Glacier Guru. And the Arbor Avatar. And the Storm Sage. And the Wind Warden. And the Drym. The Elementals who bestowed the Penultimate with just a PORTION of their powers. You aren't the only ones with powerful allies, Matsuri."

I'm going to leave the dimension now...I'm terrified of those guys.
