Of  course not, but their are other ways to get past something than insta destroying them, for example. Imprison them in an alternate dimension. Trick them with an illusion. Bar their movement. Actually subdue them using fighting skills. Tire them out. Et cetera.

And they are kind of hard to kill.

But you could probably manage it without to much trouble.

I just don't like being forced to fight....I fight fair when I want to fight.

I'm not in a bad mood today.. Yet..

It's just I hate when what could be an interesting little fight scene is ended so easily.

It's not like I would let Jester get into a "I countered your attack" war with you.

What the heck does this shadow thing look like anyway though....eh whatever. Their currently equiped with sheild of light, veil of death, and a vast mind meld/mind control spell, so their basically grim reapers at this point....honestly I'd like to fight them if I weren't controlling them.

I recall him saying that you couldn't just instantly kill them. All other roads would be open..

I start throwing fireballs at them while dodging their red scythes. After barely avoiding loosing my head, I leap backwards and gather my power to blast a handful with furious flames..
