"You have to be insane. Those don't exist anymore."

"I am afraid you're incorrect, Rabbi."

*Crsh*

"Sorcery? I think he's been hitting the Leger again."

The others roared in laughter.

"Let's go pick him up before the chief finds out."

*Crsh*

"Stupid dogs. Almost got me in trouble for biting someone."

"Trust me, you'll be happy to have them in time."

Someone snorted.

"Things are going marvelously."  

[Philote]

"I think I'm going to let the Big Guy keep hauling me around for awhile" Hypatos says "I don't feel quite up to speed yet. What happened to me?"

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Rei smiles sweetly at Hypatos, "I drained some of your life force from you. Although, now I'm going to have to remember now that beings similar to you, regain lifeforce faster than humans."

Rei sighs, "A human would've been unconscious for at least a day from the amount of lifeforce I drained from you."

Hypatos looks confusedly towards Rei, racking his brain trying to remember the events that transpired.

(I didn't want to slow things down by being unconscious for too long

Marv, if you see this, I'd say go ahead and make a second character for yourself. Being mute does mean that  you can't interact as much so I don't think anyone would mind you getting a second. )

(I know, but mythical creatures do tend to have more power or lifeforce than humans so it is accurate for her to say that, plus she's not all-knowing yet AND she's never drained from a mythical creature before)

Rei pats Hypatos on the head, "Don't worry if you don't remember. Now how about we get out of here quickly?"

Rei starts to walk out, then stops, "You all have an idea of where to go right? 'Cause I certainly don't."

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"Well, I dug a nice little escape tunnel. It ain't pleasant, but it should go all under this city. Besides, anyplace is better than here right now."

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Rei grimaces, "You mean the smelly area that certain people came out of when I first met you all? Do we really have to go in there?"

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"Unless you want to go above ground and get shot at with these." Ammon says, hefting up the shotgun to show her.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Rei looks at it, then laughs, "What? You're scared by that? Those things aren't even remotely useful! They're so easy to make go BOOOOM!!! Wahahahahaha! I could destroy one of those in my sleep!"

(Don't forget that Rei was around when there were the older, less accurate guns in Japan during the Warring States period)

Feeling a bit bored and hating the fact she was being ignored the Boggarts sneaks behind the fox creature girl person(Thats what my character knows her by). Wrapping her arms around her from behind the illusion of fear showing strong. "Are you scared of me?"

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

At the voice, Rei looks at it to see a Christian priest holding a cross at her waist and almost ignites a storm of fire around herself, before realizing that the arms wrapped around her did not match the textures she felt. Illusions, that was the only explanation for this, something that any Kitsune learned about quickly. She quickly replies, "Hmph, if you hadn't wrapped your arms around me, it would be scarier, however since you did, I will suggest right now that you stop or I will show you what true illusions can do."


(Don't forget that Rei's not that good at illusions, but your character shouldn't know that yet.)

"Hmm I've been at this for quiet some time now, the humans have never really harmed me till I found your group." She pulls away letting the illusion of fear hide where she is. Keeping a safe distance from most of them. "I'm more proactive in fear so I would be entertained to see your try in my expertise."

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Rei chuckles, "Fear is your expertise? That makes sense based on what I was seeing, however, fear isn't as powerful as you may think it is. The true power lies in manipulating base desires such as lust, rage, envy and greed."

Rei forms an illusion of each vice as she states them as realistically as she can, "Like so."

[The Junkyard Cat]

The boggart giggles seeing the illusions. "Well that would fool a human, the usual stupid ones that is. Problem is I'm a boggart I live for the laughs. As for those desires, its not just about using them with great intensity. It's more about the timing and location to use the illusion. Their mind needs to be more....vulnerable to the idea." The boggart pats the little fox girl on the head. "I'll stick around for a bit, but I'd rather have no eyes on me until I say." Her body goes back the form of the shadows staying hidden in the dark.

[Tsubasa & Wen Tien]

Rei reacts to the pat on the head faster than light (not literally), "Don't treat me like a child! I'm over 500 years old and older than your grand-parents' grandparents! Grrrrrr....."

Rei starts grumbling quietly to herself, "Treat me like a little kid. Bah! I'm older than them and more powerful too. I won't be disrespected. Hmph!"

The sound of sirens begins to shriek outside.

"Big Guy move! We are out of time" Hypatos says, still to weary to stand on his own. "We are making a break for freedom, if you all are wise you will quickly follow after us and leave no threats behind" he says indicating the remaining captive humans.

"Your leaving a trail if you let them live or kill them. Run and remain in the dark....I got a long enough time to figure that humans have dominance within this land." The boggart's voice echos from the shadows. "Death however brings more unwanted attention from ears that could listen to its word."

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"Yeah, you all just go. Don't worry, all take care of it. Leave it all to me, now RUN AWAY!"
