No he is not. It's like you automatically associate anything powerful with Sueishness.

Take Death, from Discworld. Anthropomorphic Personification, extremely powerful, at the end of the world it will be his job to turn off the lights, put up the chairs, and lock the door on his way out. He is probably the single most powerful thing on the Disc, but he's not a sue because, despite all that power, he actually has character. Mary Sues are not characters, they are vehicles through which the author lives out his/her fantasies.

Like I said before, sue is how the character behaves and how the narrative reacts to that behavior.

Also, everyone who needs to be told what Phychonauts is needs to slap themselves in the face. That's your punishment for not buying Phychonauts.

Power sue: SOmething that is unnaturally powerfull for no apparent reason other than being extremely powerful.
 Example: "look up from Dragon ball Z" A potaro Fusion between Me and Aerel from Diskworld fusing with another fusion between Wulf and Philote, through the fusion dance.

Personality Sue: obvious.

Luck Sue: So unnaturally freaking lucky that you would guess that the universe must be betting money on their success.

each Sue carries at least one of these traits. The example of Sue that was the angel abomination was a combination of the three.

They warp the entire story, so that it revolves around them.

Let's say you're reading through your favorite fanfiction website and one day, you decide to read some stories set in your favorite fandom. New student joins the school, ho hum... wait, did the main villain just step down after one snippy remark by her? That's not right... hey, I thought he already had a girlfriend! Wait a second, did the evil miners all turn themselves in to the police after she had a talk with their leader? Who is this character and why is the whole world bending to her will?

You see, it might be possible to think of these three sues as a color wheel through which all other Sues sprought from...like how blue and yellow make orange so there are really only three colors, just in different combinations.

...Actually I'm starting to wonder exactly how powerfull that fusion would be....

let's see if I'm judging simply from what I've read and seen it looks like the dance fusion multiplies the sum of the powers of the two that are fighting by about two or three, and the potaro looks like it just takes the sum of the two fighters and squares it if their rivals or something.

So that would mean.
