I wonder if any mortals will be sent to search for the Vault of the Titans.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

I'll try to think up something good for him, for the trial and reward.

Maybe, but I think more that by the end of the tournament he's going to do something that impresses the Watchman so much he makes him into a god.
Got a different person in mind.

I edited my post about the Plane of Trials. I realized I wanted creatures within the Plane so I added that Gilgamesh placed the spirit of a Titan within using Create Life.
@Dryad: What direction are you wanting to take the rivalry between Mina and Gilgamesh in? I'm going to warn that another harmless Smite will most likely happen soon. If you want Gilgamesh to like Mina you would have to have her and her heroes prove their power to him. Then he would develop a respect for her power that would overshadow his current dislike of her. Or we could have them become adversaries.

Wouldn't he play better as a Hero? He is supposed to be the mortal that faces the gods and reveals the truth.
Either way I still want him to meet Lore somehow. Though, now that he already knows about the Phi-pocalypse, he probably does not have a reason too.

Does Pessimal realize that there are several Major-Spirits that he could interview sitting right at the tournament?
Bahamut has been sitting right next to the arena the whole time due to him being a dragon and not fitting in the stands.

I disagree. If he was a hero, that would make him something more than completely mortal.
As for why he hasn't asked any of Gils spirits, it's the same reason he hasn't sought out any of Hazets. The information they give him would, in his mind, likely be biased. And he doesn't know what they know, or if they want people to know what really went down at all. He's still mortal, after all, and all gods could end him with a though. Pessimals brave, but he's not dumb. If he gets smote, there's no way the story will ever get out. The only reason he's been pestering the Watchman is because those masks that fell paint him as a type of standup guy. An image that is being eroded away as he continues to dodge answering his questions. The Watchman has a reason for this, but hasn't had time to implement it.

A Smite to whom? And harmless is a matter of perspective. Tell me what it will do as well.
And they are developing their powers, which is why Hikaru and Kagehana are doing training.

Okay so Vault, the inside of the crystal matrix is basically a vast hollow world of memory. The further in you go, the more abstract it becomes. think of it as a more orderly version of the dream realm. Inside of this thing the gods are no more powerfull than heroes though.

@Vault: Full rivalry would probably involve war of some kind.
@Dryad: I'd rather not reveal my plans just yet. What do you think about Mina/Gilgamesh's rivalry.

Ahem, this time, I need to know who you believe has ticked off Gilgamesh. I believe that I should know for this one. You can't claim Plot point for this one.
As I said, I'm working on showing power, but as for rivalry, I have a back-up plan in case things get too dangerous. And it was predicted that the rivalry was possible before we even started by Zale, so I'm not surprised.

Welp, since he didn't answer the first time, or the time I reminded him I'll ask again.

Nobody yet, Gilgamesh doesn't know about the person yet . It will definitely make sense plot wise.
So do you want things to get better or worse between them?
