I'm pretty sure they are a race........

And yeah, was just explaining how Gilgamesh would view it.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

No, as I recall, and Jester's as well as Zale's should confirm this, but Jester chose for the Endreakeans and Graceourums to be mythos and not races. His races are the weapon people, the holy knights, and the elemental spirits.

Zale, could you add these to Mina's stuff:

Hero: Nayotake no Hime (Human Hero)
Artifact: Cloak of Hiding

Cloak of Hiding: Cloak that causes wearer to become invisible to nongods and untrackable to nongods and nonheroes

Does it even matter at this point. Their a sentient energy sponges for Petes sake. ...and who says Creatures can't be heroes. That's discrimination.

Could probably elevate them to race for the cost of a few points...and If I remember correctly we also considered the giant crystal divine artifact as a type of mythos.....My creations are weird....I've got fire people, ice people, wind people, shadow wraiths, weapon people, fighting monk people, little energy sponges that turn into either people or monsters, a god that turns into a sword, a god that used to be a shadow wraith, and a giant crystal web that's apparently partially sentient....Wait. THIS MEANS I HAVE BEEN STICKING TO CHAOS.

WOOT!!

Confusion is more like it.

Loophole number thirty two found.

"Raise Hero: You may choose a mortal to be your herald. A hero may not the subject of Curses or Blessings from other gods, nor may they be removed from play by anyone other than you. "

It states mortal, not race. which would infer that as long as it can die and does not harness the power of a divine god without help from one, then it can become a hero. Which means you could technically make a dragon one.

Possibly, yes.

But aren't Heroes supposed to Slay the horrible beasties?

Dragons/Hyrdas/Giant Lions and what not?

That would depend upon your definition of hero. Is it simply a...........Darn it almost got philosophical.

Maybe yes, maybe no, but why can't a dragon or other monster be a hero if it slays other..like hypothetically let's say an intelligent dragon raised by a race defends it's protectors/fosterparents/friends from ongoing attacks of hydras, and Chimeras, and trolls, while simultaneously saving the lives of the villagers regularly, and assisting in their work.

Would that be a hero?

If you go back over my conversation with Phi, I never did complain about that, but thanks, now I can have a Raiju hero.

Now I wish I had rolled in with a cigar chomping volcano goddess who acted like an old timey mobster, every village on her island offering her "protection" sacrifices.

That.. Is Awesome.

It would be an interesting thing to do for the World-In-The-Sky thing, with alternative deities..

The creatures are really similar to a race with miracles added to it, so I don't see why one couldn't be hero.

A non-sentient dragon wouldn't be a hero though.

I don't know about that, there have been hero dogs and cats, I don't see why a dragon couldn't be one.

It all comes down to how you define hero.

Well, Phi specified non-sentient which means nonthinking so what he said makes sense, though I disagree on the races with miracles part because one of Jester's 'races' is born from a tree.

Vault, should I just start building the arena or should I wait for the Watchman to come.
