The RP is based on participation, and not everyone participated in creating every day.
The only thing that needs to be limited at the moment is offensive Divine Artifacts.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

Your right.
At this point, the only way I can stay comparable is if I start creating tons of things. The problem with that is that it's out of character for him to create things for himself unless he needs to, and he can't create Gods because he wants to raise up worthy mortals and eventually get to retire.
Hey son, wanna' learn how ta' make witch balls?

What about the fact that you can make another one of those everyday and still be gaining motes?

I think everyone is too focused on fighting. This RP isn't primarily about fighting. Take Crav for example, All I'm doing is influencing races.

That was just an example.
An Overgod should be able to handle several heroes, even with divine aid.

Still, I don't want someone to technically be able to take over the world from sheer force.

Maybe reduce the motes from races after today. Either way, the others could get the same mote intake as I do.

Cross of Mikhael, may be used to remove one curse from one target per day. In the hands of a god, flips status defects by causing them to inflict the opposite effect.
Chaos guantlets: Manifests chaos to create rips in time space. In the hands of a god itmay be used to corrupt and control targets through attacking them. May be used to defend and attack. |

Ok, but the Gauntlets may only as either an Offensive or a Defensive object at a time.
So one battle you could have it work as Offensive, and another as Defensive. +1 cost.

If that were the case then I'd rather just split the guantlets into the guantlet of order and the gauntlet of chaos for an additional five point cost, and then use two of my left over points to imbue the crystal with a blessing of devine curse immunity, and physical dexterity.

And they do?

~New Combat Rules~
Divine Combat is managed by rolling a ten-sided die, and adding modifiers. According to Divine Rank: +2 for Demi-Gods, +4 for Minor Gods, +8 for Major gods, and +16 for Overgods. According to location: +1 If within a hundred miles of a location the God is venerated in or that they control, +2 if they are within a mile of said location, and +3 if they are within it. According to Divine Artifacts: +3 for an Offensive Divine Artifact, -3 to the apposing god for a Defensive Divine Artifact. According to the assistance of Others: +1 for Demi-Gods, +2 for Minor Gods, +4 for Major Gods, +8 for Overgods. You may only wield a single Divine Artifact for each Divine Rank, Plus one. (2 For Demi-Gods, 3 for Minor Gods, etc..). Heroes may wield a single Divine Artifact. No god may use mote-expending abilities except for the following: Bless, Curse, Smite, Miracle. A single Divine Battle consists alternating attacks, with both fighters rolling. The winner of the attack hits the looser. The first player to be hit three times looses the battle.

Guantlet of chaos same affect as stated previously save for the defense use. Guantlet of Order returns whatever it touches to a base zero, as in nullifies cursess, blessings, and dissipates physical elements like force or temperature as long as their in contact, pretty much entirely defense oriented, they nullify, but can't deal damage.

So two divine artifacts? That's... 6 Motes.
I would do so before the battle starts, as you will be unable to make them then.

three.
the cross, and two gloves. An extra six points in combat use, and a plus two for the cross reversing Dryad's -2 artifact's curse. boosting me up to about 19. a total of nine points, plus the two for the reinforcements to the crystal maing it eleven, leaving me with nine points considering that I had four points on the fourteenth, which was about seventeen days ago. I'm going to post it now since I'm completey ignoring the two in front of me. |
