Kay!
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

Considering no one else finds it objectionable to pull divine objects out of thin air, I see no reason you should not.

Dephos should count as a minor god and a divine object- but I'm not letting anyone else make something like her again.

I think there should be a rule about creating artifacts while in combat. It just seems like that could get kind of overpowered, seeing as you could tailor make your weapon for the fight.

not complaining.

Vaultboy, Your probably right, trying to make a devine artifact would take a lot of concentration, you'd need time to be able to pull it off, otherwise you'd get hit....which is where strategy comes into place.

Normally, +3. Since Dephos is both a Minor god and a Divine Artifact, it's +4.

Oh, yeah. I'm going to be creating the Twin Fangs of Fire and Ice today.

Fang of Fire: Katana that can create and control flames in a 10 metre radius
Fang of Ice: Katana that can create and control ice in a 10 metre radius

Are they alright?

After all the eminent battles are finished, we can discuss implementing those rules.

I think we're suffering from the same thing as last time. Way to many Motes..

Like it matters..

They'll still function the same in Divine Combat, it seems.

Yeah.. But even If I slap a restriction on that, they'll still be people with way more stuff than others.

Compare what Mina and Gilgamesh have in comparison to, say Uburra-Namall or Crav.

Some have crap-tons and others have very little.

Maybe make it so that motes can't be spent in combat, since they all require concentration.

Then what edge would Gods have in combat?

So start laying down the law and restricting creation on some people.....it seems like the obvious solution.

Saying some people can't make things, but others can?

Isn't that a mite bit unfair?

I'm going to re-write the combat rules now.

Currently, two Heroes with Divine Artifacts are more powerful than an Overgod.. This just seems.. wrong to me.

Not to mention that it's sort of winner-take-all.
