"Not the dome, the city, the whole city! If you don't believe me about the effect step through the gate and try to do something only an Overgod could. Regardless, I swear, if he tries anything, I'll break it up. The very last thing I want between us is violence because you've seen what that does."

"We will see then." Stepping into the city, Gilgamesh focused on his new domain of power and drew in the mana from the Well of Eternity. Focusing the incoming energy in front of him, it became clear that the energy was wilder than normal, not quite under his control. "So, the Watchman was truthful after all" Gilgamesh thought to himself, and another thought occurred to him. If everyone's power was going to be restricted, then he might as well reinforce the effect so that the others could not find a way against it while he was under the effects. Plus, Gilgamesh had to find some way to use the wild energy that was building up. Placing his hands on the ground, Gilgamesh let flow the energy into the city before it went out of control. (+1 domain) After, Gilgamesh left the city. "I will agree to these terms for now, but know that the power I am giving up will not be far away." With that, Gilgamesh dispelled the power off all except for the reforged dragon armor.

"Perfectly reasonable of you. Thank you."
The Watchman felt sorry for making Gilgamesh walk around without so unarmed. Gil was, when you came down to it, a conflict god. A god was just as bound by their domain as they were in control of it. It was like asking a mortal to go without food. As they walked, The Watchman pondered. Finally, he spoke. "Hey Gil, do you ever wonder why we're here?"

(Starting with twenty [20] points; maybe twenty-two [23], not quite sure how that works...)
Uburra-Namall arrived back at her island home later in the day, nearly nighttime. And at that same time, Khadai had made her way to the Demonwall to spy it out. Those demons looked interesting; Khadai would have to talk to them later to satisfy her curiosity. But she had reached her allotted time to spy for the day, and so it was time to come back home. When she did, she was met by a grinning Uburra-Namall. "Sister? You look like you're up to something..." Khadai was partly interested, partly scared, "Are you up to something?" Uburra-Namall reclined on her cloud chair. Her face was beaming, and her mind was soaring with ideas. "We have...so much to do." She said at last, standing up from her chair, "I trust you've seen my stone sentries around the island, yes? To the North, one of Diamond; to the South, one of Emerald; to the East, one of Ruby; And to the West, one of Sapphire." "Yes, I've seen them." Khadai put her hands on her hips, "What have they got to do with anything?" Uburra-Namall snapped, "Oh, you! Don't be so impatient! They are only the first of many improvements to be made to this place. Come, come with me." She took Khadai by the hands and bade her sister to close her eyes, "All right, Khadai, I think it's time we got our home in tip-top shape. So many preparations have been made for the bringing forth of the subjects who will worship us. And now with these final preparations, we will be absolutely ready for them." With that, the two closed their eyes and meditated. At first no response came. There was only the beauteous silence. But out of that came a powerful roar; a hundred thunders, a thousand winds, a million cries into the vastness of existence. All around became the perfect amalgam of color; a melodious mixing of tint and hue; a rhapsodic rainbow; a symphonic masterpiece of sight and sound; the absolute destruction of the illusion that imagination and reality were separate. The clouds all around coalesced into a solid surface for the two to stand on, and from the clouds developed earth, and from the earth sprang forth green grass and other plants, and from the plants bloomed flowers, and from the flowers came exotic smells of all kinds. The sky became more brilliant, thicker with the mist of life and love. The fog blanketed gently about, and would clothe one's footsteps with cool and soothing comfort. How could one tire or ever need rest in such a place? From the earth sprang hills and from the vast blue of the sky sprang waters, and the two intermingled, snaking into vibrant blue streams, and growing plants into trees ripe with fruit before their very eyes. The two imagined more and more and more and more until at last they could imagine no more. Khadai was tired. Uburra-Namall was satisfied. This...THIS was their realm. Their own personal Plane of Love and Life. It was theirs, and none would invade it, or take it from them. (Twenty [20] minus four [4] = 16 motes left, or maybe nineteen [19])

(Sixteen [16] motes left, or maybe nineteen [19])
A day in that serene and restful place, and the two were ready to create some more. And Khadai was ready for it to be people now. Some people for her to play with. But Uburra-Namall assured her that they were not ready for people yet. "No, first", she said, "We will have some kind of order about how to govern the people when they arrive. We can't have them already here with no way to tell them right from wrong. The Watchman said that people have rights, and choices. " Khadai shrugged, "I wouldn't know, having never seen people before." "Oh, hush, you..." Uburra-Namall huffed , "Yes, they need to have choices. And choices usually have two sides to them, right? So, we'll make a dual goddess." "Or god." Khadai thought out loud, "It might be good to have a male around." "Right you are, sister", Uburra-Namall chuckled, "But business first, pleasure later. Now...what should this goddess be like?" The two joined hands and closed their eyes again. They concentrated on the third being who would make for them order and set right the balance. Not order for nature (that could be established); but order for the conduct of the ones soon to come. "This third shall be capable of great good, and great evil." Uburra-Namall spoke, "A master of healing and desolation. Adept in the ways of genesis and apocalypse. Monarch of right and wrong." The being would be dual in every aspect. Its capability, its personality, its appearance... And then it occurred to the two of them. Its appearance? It seemed, in their hands, that Uburra-Namall's desire and Khadai's desire was turning their tie-breaker god into two separate beings. Two beings at totally different ends of the spectrum. One side light, one side dark. And as it grew, one side male, one side female. The two writhed in the silence of creation, and coalesced and broke apart and coalesced again; and when the form was finally finished forming, twins stood before them. (Sixteen [16] or nineteen [19] minus three [3] points to Raise Minor Gods= thirteen [13] or sixteen [16] points) The first to introduce itself was female; Her beauty radiated as pure light. She was blonde, with eyes like a doe. She looked younger even than Khadai, and was clothed in the softest white, and the deepest blue. "I...I am Jassi." she spoke gently, "My domain is purity, light and healing." She looked back, and her brother returned her glance a second, before stepping forward to introduce himself; His steely gray eyes and jet black hair made Jissei very handsome, but he had a scowl that could darken the skies. His body was clad in blue and shadow so dark, a mortal man might be blinded. "I am Jissei," he had none of the humility that was characteristic of his sister, "My domain is wickedness, darkness and desolation." Uburra-Namall embraced both of them with delight, although Jissei made it clear with only a sharp glance that hugging was not his thing. "I am pleased with the both of you. And with you, Khadai. " Uburra-Namall clasped her hands together, beaming, "Jassi, you shall be the one teaching men goodness and justice, perceiving and revealing their good deeds to me. And we shall work together to reward the good with happiness and love. Khadai shall test them with corruption and temptation, showing them creative ways to harm themselves and others. And you, Jissei, shall be the one perceiving and revealing their evil deeds to me. You shall curse them if they fall to Khadai's wiles." Khadai and Jassi nodded at their elder sister's behest, but Jissei looked to Uburra-Namall, demanding, "And so who are these beings that we observe and dispense justice to? Certainly not the divine ones who preceded us." Uburra-Namall smiled, "We shall get to that soon. But we have yet more to add to our ranks, if we intend this entire justice system to pan out. If we're to be proper judges of a person's character, we'll need to customize each person's test. I should think an odd number of helpers should do it. Which is why I need you two. Lend your creativity to me, and we shall bring forth the finest experimenters of the mortal mind that the world has ever known." Her siblings joined hands with her, and closed their eyes.

(Thirteen [13] or sixteen [16] points left)
From the pile of precious stones that Uburra-Namall had dug up for Crav to make her statues, seven of the loveliest specimens stones arose, each of a different color. Influenced by the powers of purity and love, sin and wickedness, they immediately began to change. They levitated and began to swirl around the four divinities, faster and faster; imprinted upon by the most raw and innermost thoughts, they were transformed, from rough and rocky, unliving things to soft and lovely things, most alive. The first was lovely and thin, clad in a violet gown. She was called Vai. The second was clothed with a nearly-golden yellow. She would be named Prasim. The third was wrapped all around in a fitting tangerine. Her name was Eda. The fourth, covered in a soft and luxurious pink. She would go by Desra. The fifth wore a deep and passionate red. Her name would be called Nasta. The sixth was vested in wispy gray, dull and dun. She was named Slomna. And the last had clothing entirely of green. Her name? Indiva. (Thirteen [13] or sixteen [16] minus seven [7] points to Raise Minor Gods= six [6] or nine [9] points left) They curtsied at the four as they made soft footfall on the grounds of Uburra-Namall's home plane, each expressing their gratitude to be brought to the mortal coil, and Uburra-Namall raised a hand. "Maidens," Uburra-Namall began, "my daughters, disciples of Khadai, hear me, and listen well. Vai, Pride, as you are the eldest, you shall command your sisters, with Khadai as your overseer, and me as Khadai's. Prasim, Greed, you shall keep stock of the Lady's treasures. Eda, Gluttony, you shall oversee her food stores and make certain her animals neither hunger nor thirst. Desra, Lust, you shall keep the animals plentiful and diverse. Nasta, Wrath, you shall frighten away intruders and rally your sisters to fight if need be. Slomna, Sloth, you shall touch the animals and lay them to peaceful sleep, and touch the Dragon to pull him down in lazy stupor. And Indiva, Envy, I give to you the most lenient task. You shall help your sisters as you see necessary. Borrowing their skills, and making them your own." The sisters nodded, and were off to the island in the blink of an eye (or perhaps as the twinkling of a gemstone), from the love goddess' home plane to the corners of the island where they were needed most. "So", Khadai turned back around to her mistress, and the twins beside her, who anxiously awaited their marching orders, "Can we make some mortals to play with NOW?" "Why, yes." Uburra-Namall said at last, with a pleasant smile as her girls departed, "Yes, we can."

"Well" The Watchman says, as he and Gil step into the dome, "Now that that's all sorted out..."
He then looks over and see's what Mik is doing. "I'm afraid you'll have to wait to do that, my friend. At your current divinity, it's impossible."

"Fair enough," I state, "But even if I cannot imbue these with my devine might, I can still perfect the design while I am able. It is more interesting to create something from mundane materials and form it into perfection, than to pull it out of thin air itself. Besides, it allows me some distraction until something develops."

With my excess power removed, I finally enter into the meeting hall wearing my golden armor and within a Shardmind body. I take my seat among the spirits at the table. The chair growing much larger, becoming black with gold trim, and taking on the aspects of a dragon. I look around at the others gathered. Some were friendly, some neutral, and even others seemed hostile. "Many of you know me, but I will introduce myself again. I am Gilgamesh, Maker of Heroes, Ruler of the central land and all the creations made there. My power was behind the recent disaster."
