Kagehana slipped through the shadows back to Mina's territory to get a few Tanuki to go with her to Bluebell. They would want to learn some of the healing techniques of the Divine Servitors. She arrived just in time to see the Watchman arrive and hear Mina greet him.
Mina: "Hello, Watchman. Your aid is needed here."

Smoke poured from the crater near a small village. All around it, curious and bewildered villagers peered into the smoke. Today was a day of misfortune, it seemed. First they were struck with a moment of great agony, and then a sudden roaring noise outside their homes.
The Gods must be wroth. A sudden breeze dissipated the smoke slightly, so that they villagers could see what lay within. "A person?" Muttered one of them. "Probably a demon." "Looks like she's hurt." The mutterings increased as they debated what to do with this strange woman. An elderly dwarf woman, bent with age, silenced them as she strode fearlessly into the crater. "I'm not letting someone with burns that bad die in a hole." Several villagers, shamed by her words, moved to help lift the unconscious stranger. Soon, she was housed in the home of the dwarf elder. The kindly woman did the best she could to help, but it was amazing her patient lived at all. Burns of this severity were not something someone survived, not to mention the broken bones and cuts. A miracle, it was. Waverider slept, ignorant to the world. She drifted in dreams of fire and fear, the power to save herself just out of reach.

The Free Cities were in panic.
Bluebell, one smaller cities, had suffered great damage during what appeared to have been some form of earth-quake. Strange beings from across the Wall add, amazingly, lent aid with strange ice-magics. The Sorcerers of the cities themselves were rapidly intervening. Some teleported and others flew, but all arrived to magically shift debris and tend to wounds. Amalia, one of the highest ranking Sorceress, was busily directing efforts and occasionally strengthening another's enchantments.

Waves splashed furiously against the shore, the skies stormy and thunderous.
The God Hazet lay on one such beach, tired and in pain. Slowly but surely, he stood. There was no way that he could fly home. He could scarcely concentrate to stand, let alone direct power. With a whisper of divine potency, the god changed. He became a elderly draemar, dressed in sack-cloth and leaning on a wooden staff. Hazet began his slow and agonizing journey.

"Good Gods." The irony of this statement was completely lost on him.
He turned to the entourage he had brought with him, the healers and watchers, waiting for a command. "What are you all waiting for? GET TO IT!" Oh my, how fast they got to it. It was inspiring. But it wasn't enough. For the second time the Watchman concentrated, and crafted shapes in his mind. Quadrupedal, big ears, large nostrils. Suddenly he and Mina were surrounded by large, grey, four legged beasts. In shape, they looked like smooth grey fabric stretched over lean muscular bodies. Their legs ended in large digging claws, and their faces were featureless except for their large nostrils. Their most striking feature, however, were their large, fan like ears, which swiveled in all directions. Creature capable of finding anything. Watchdogs. (-2) "Go, search out survivors buried in the rubble!" (+1) They took of like jets, powerful legs carrying them in bounding leaps that no mortal creature could make. The Watchman held up his hand, and two of his new creatures stopped and came to him. "You two have a special mission. There are a pair of gods currently unaccounted for. Hazet and Waverider. Find them." The creatures lifted their noses into the air, fanned out their ears, sniffed loudly, and took off in opposite directions. One set out deeper into Hazet's land, while the other went back the way the Watchman had come, leaping upon the surface of the sea itself in great bounds. "They can find anything. I built them that way. Greetings Mina, It's a shame we could not have met under more favorable circumstances. Come." A shovel had appeared in his hand, and with it the Watchman went to the nearest group of rescuers and began to dig with them at supernatural speed.

Mina: "True but unfortunate."
Fubuki and Koriko run up. Koriko starts, "Mistress, can we borrow the-" Fubuki finishes, "Mugen-no-Magatama to power spells?" The two look at Mina with puppy dog eyes. Mina pulls out the magatama and hands it to them, "Alright but return it when you're done." She turns to the Watchman as Fubuki and Koriko run off to aid others yet again, "Aren't those two cute? They're my latest two heroes. On to business. Bluebell is going to need major repairs. We might even need to perform a few miracles."

"How much power do you have?" He said as a watchdog shoved him out of the way and began to dig with a single mindedness that bloodhound could respect.

The Ocean greeted Hazet, stormy and wild.
He had not quite considered how to cross, and had no desire to stay on this land. However, it seemed that the fates were feeling humorous today, Hazet mused. His eyes caught sight of some strange dog creature leaping over waves towards him. Perhaps it could serve as a ride home.

As the other divinities finished up their most grievous military campaigns, Uburra-Namall decided to continue letting her creativity lead her. If she could not stop them in the past and the present, the one she would call for assistance to help stop them in the future. She looked up to the heavens and called down divine ether in the form of a glowing orb. "I am the seducer of men to sexuality." She began. "I make men lovers. I make women lovers. I endow the most earnest affections, and enamor the heart frivolously. And so my counterpart shall be another seducer. This one shall seduce the wise and the foolish. This one shall seduce men to lust in a different manner. To lust after danger, and lust after harmful affects. And after wrongful deeds. She shall afflict men to want for trouble, and to find it." This form quivered and quavered, sparking light in response to her words. When finally she had thought of how best to describe it, how best to formulate this new being's capability and her power, and her influence, and her intriguing aspect, the form...was complete. Slightly younger looking that Uburra-Namall, with hair deep brown to Uburra-Namall's black. Slightly curvaceous, with a mischievous glint set in eyes green-as-envy, and her gown crimson trailed with black tresses. Uburra-Namall looked upon her with absolute delight, and grabbed her in an embrace, "At last, I have brought you forth to the place. I am Uburra-Namall, your elder sister." The green-eyed beauty smiled, "And I am Khadai. I shall be much obliged to be your emissary. This place...it is under your reign?" Indeed it was, Uburra-Namall assured. Every inch of this vast expanse would belong to she and Khadai. But, before the two could forge any kind of kingdom for themselves...Uburra-Namall would have an assignment for her. So many...so, so many in desperate need of her service. And she would need to familiarize herself with the island. (-3 points, Raise Minor God; current points, 0)

"The injury's of a god echo throughout the entire universe, scarring the world and ravaging the land, bringing death and destruction in it's wake." The Watchman's voice sounds far away, as if reliving an old, terrible memory. "Were only lucky that it didn't involve a time god, or a lord of the harvest, or death. Trust me, this" he says, gesturing to the rubble and the storming, thrashing sea, "constitutes getting off easy."
With that, The Watchman dolls out a blessing upon all those working on the rescue operation, not just here, but all over. Taking away their need for rest and strengthening their arms until the work is done. (-1+1= 11 left)

"It would be far worse if the gods had died here. There are worlds that are taboo to go to for gods or outsiders. Before I came to this world, I heard that there is a world out there in which a pantheon of machine gods was decimated and the people of that world lost use of any kind of machine for 5000 years. Like I said though this is far worse though than I'd thought."

"I will have just a little more than her once a certain task is finished." Back on Gilgamesh's continent, Bahamut was at work with Naram, the Shardmind hero and his kind. Together they worked to craft an intricate device from the finest stones of their mountain. A brain similar to the Shardmind's own. Bahamut, with the assistance of Naram, sent a telepathic message to Gilgamesh to let him know when it was finished, and with his power it came alive (-4 motes). It's psychic power reached out to those who knew of its existence and who were willing to accept it. "The Grand Mind has awakened." Gilgamesh spoke. "It will connect and strengthen the minds of those who use it. As a communication network, it will greatly help in coordinating our repairs."

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

The dog leapt at the disguised god, kicking up a spray of surf and a cloud of sand. It then proceeded to shake itself off, seawater spaying from it's form. Finally, it took to sniffing the lost God all over. When it was satisfied that this was, in fact, who it was looking for, it sat down before him, and pointed it's nose to the sea, then lifted it's leg.
The bite was fresh, and deep. It then shook it's head, and lay down beside Hazet. The Servitor was not stupid; It had barely manged to make the journey without a passenger. They could wait until the seas calmed.

Hazet sits down calmly next to the dog-servitor. With a whisper, he pulls a piece of meat from the air and offers it to the servitor.
They shall wait, it seemed.

The leaping down passed the miles swiftly, soon bearing down the village that Waverider slept in.
Inside the home of the Dwarf woman, Waverider stirred in her sleep, as if she felt something's approach.

The Dwarvs seem wary of the strange creature as it makes it's way through town, smelling each of them in turn. Finally, it came to the house of the Dwarf woman, but found it had trouble gaining entry.
"No, go on beast, you get away from here, no dogs in the house, you shoo." The Watchdog was confounded. It was the first time it had ever dealt with infinite Dwarven stubbornness. It paced around the women, seeking a way inside but found itself blocked at every turn. To make matters worse, the village children had been overcome with curiosity and were clustered behind the woman's house. Occasionally, one would dart out to touch it. This would cause the watchdog to "look" at the child, which would cause the child to run back behind the house giggling and shrinking. These incidents were only becoming more frequent. The Watchdog was very befuddled by these events.

Waverider staggered upwards, drifting in and out of consciousness. Wrapped in bandages and a blanket, the injured goddess walked unsteadily towards the door.
"What Dog?" She muttered incoherently, standing there even as the dwarf woman tried to send her back to bed.

The watchdog perked up when Waverider appeared in the doorway. It sniffed her one of two times, tilted it's head in confusion, fanned out it's ears, (which caused the kids who had been sneaking up on scatter in all directions) and released a *PING*.
Getting a full scan of Waverider, and seeing the extent of her injuries, the watchdog paced to the side of the door and sat at attention. Bringing her back, it decided, could wait. Until then, it would keep guard. Oh goody, here come the kids again...
