Hmmm, now who should Hazet pester..

Where is his dominion and what is his domain?
Also, what ever happened to Waverider and her like? There was great potential for that whole 'Waverider crushing on Crav' thing. And generally, Waverider and Uburra-Namall would be pretty fun, I think.

She's sulking the ocean, hoping that senpai will notice her.
Hazet? You know, the arrogant god-emperor who sulked for -like- years?

Right, Waverider and Crav having romance. In terms of romance, there was also as I recall, supposed to be Magnas and Von Trapt, though that hasn't led to anything yet.
Right now, I have the Kitsune Kisara with Anima, Magnas and Gravas are with the Reasonable, Crav, and Vim: they're supposed to be doing experiments, Mina created a new goddess to watch over her Incarnate and the others are partying with the mortals in Mosooriku. As for mortals, most of the ones I've narrated are at the tournament... I need to hop on that after dinner and post something about the members of the Twin Flowers winning their bouts.

I remember some sulking, I think...
Doesn't really ring a bell otherwise. And Waverider? She is a strong divine woman, who don't need no man! *ahem* She just doesn't realize it yet.

Yeah, I don't seem to be doing very much at all, except with my bad guys...

The first one and the last one I remember. The middles ones...not so much. Sorry.

I think we could all stand to be each others' reminders. If we're not reminded right away, a great lot of us have been prone to forget and/or get distracted.

Hope it's fine that I just did a general narration of what happened. Though I am glad that I put some of Koneko's skill points from being a hero into understanding and using magic.

Phi, you don't know what you just stepped in. Vandals are super collective, owing to being a huge family. If one of them is homeless, as in no one is helping her, then that means something is seriously wrong.

This should be interesting then
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

What are your elves like?

Slightly shorter than humans, pointy ears, keen sight, deeply connected to the forests and given to a greater chance of developing magical powers than many other beings.
I have yet to think of a myth that might cause any other traits arise, but I planned on changing that, provided I had the real-life time, and the in-game impetus. Sadly, aside from Jissei and Stohlen's cooperation, I have very little planned for the Second Age, that I actually have faith I'll be able to accomplish, within the realm of actual plausibility. I mean, really, I don't feel like I'm doing a good job, in the realm of mythology, or fantasy. At all. Everything I'm doing feels so splintered off, like everybody else is cooperating, and working together, and I'm wandering off doing my own thing, completely not on purpose...

Cultural traits?
I don't think you're doing a bad job, I mean, you managed the whole religion controversy in your land. And you can't make things more fractured than I did the last time I tried.

Well, thanks. It just feels like my efforts are coming across mechanical, rather than genuine. Like something I'm forcing, rather than actually feeling inspired to do...Shouldn't be that hard to remedy, though, now that I think of it. I think I'll get back to my machinations, soon. I really want things to go well, as far as the mythical aspect of the RP, and I think that requires that I focus more on the mortals (not instead of the gods, but alongside them).
Anyhow, the Elves are sort of austere. They like things to be clean-cut, precise and austere. Whereas Boquabians view beauty through the lens of passion, Elves view it through the lens of mathematical precision. Creativity and inspiration, by their measure, are only good to the extent by which they enhance the symmetry, harmony, balance and/or good purpose. For example, they prefer that things they make have practical use along with beauty (ie their earrings may double as keys or throwing knives, their temples function also as elaborate training barracks). And they're big fans of discipline. Talking back might earn you an Emesis Charm (which would cause disrespectful or defiant words to taste like vomit). Being dirty shortly before important company arrives might get you hexed with a Pruritus Curse (making all the dirt on your body itch like crazy, until cleaned off). In fact, thanks to the magic they've honed through the years, Elves have even managed to make switches and paddles which leave no marks or bruises, but maintain the pain. For the most part, though, the kids aren't any worse than real-life human kids (in fact, they have a higher occurrence of geniuses and wall-flowers), and their parents usually don't take punishment to the point of abuse. In the midst of their disciplinarian austerity, their own guiding rules entail that they be stern in the name of love, not vengeance. And should the children think their parents have gone too far, there is always the looming threat that the Fair Goddess and the Pure One will answer any of the childrens' three mandatory daily prayers, and sort their naughty parents out.

How does magic work for them?
