Its a website that acts as online storage for files. These files you can create links to and anyone who clicks on the link can download the file. It is also useful because it acts like a flash drive (You can get access to your files on multiple computers).

Moving Quickly (7): Moving extremely fast within seconds to reach a chosen destination

Existing in multiple spots simultaneously (3)

                Mina has three separate identities that are difficult to trace back to her. These identities are self-aware and know that in order to do what they want; they cannot reveal that they are other facets of Mina.

                These identities appear to be fully mortal to all mortals and most divinities and cannot be easily determined as parts of Mina until they use Divine power. As well, at any time, Mina can nearly untraceably take control of one of the identities and use it for a desired task or send it an untraceable message. If, at any time, an identity is revealed as being a facet of Mina, she can abandon it and create a new incarnation, so long as she never has more than three extra incarnations.

Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi

-Combining Domains (1): Kusanagi combines the power of all of Mina’s domains together for more powerful attacks and techniques

-Creating Clones (5): Kusanagi creates up to 5 copies of Mina to fight alongside her during combat; the copies do not have Kusanagi with them though

Jhella, Goddess of Invisibility and Blades

Moving Quickly (Active) (2): Jhella can move fast enough that many enemies unexpectedly find her behind them in combat and when she moves, the edges of her body tend to blur

Not Being Sensed (Passive) (6): Jhella's Presence is such that she cannot be sensed as a god by most beings

                This skill also makes Jhella unaffected by all but the strongest of Presences as they just wash over her and leave no trace on Jhella's own Presence.

Cross Sword

-A cross between a rapier and a broadsword, the Cross Sword is around 1.5 metres long with an extremely stylized hiltguard made to look like a Gaelic Cross. It appears to be made of steel mixed with some rare metal that makes it colored a slight blue.

-A giant horn with food inside it 
Controlling Size (3): The Cornucopia can change its size and is always filled with food and drinks so that people can party for as long as they wish

Not Being Sensed (8): Like glass when viewed the right way, Suna can make her presence seem to disappear completely. Gods and goddesses who have higher levels of perception may be able to feel her if they are trying, but mortals will feel like they're seeing something that's not there and yet still visible to them.

                As well, while using Glass Veil, Suna is immune to the effects of any skill or power based on having a higher or lower Presence than Suna’s.
===Tool of Office=== 
The Glass Sword, Nighthawk 
-A sword made of pure glass, Nighthawk can create physical copies of itself and fire them at any target that Suna desires. If they miss, the blades will shatter and attempt to lodge themselves in an enemy's body slowly killing them by turning them into sand. 

Illusia, Goddess of Illusions and Temples

Creating Illusory Clones (3): Illusia can make several illusions of herself in order to confuse those who would attack her. The illusions created by this skill are capable of taking and delivering hits as if they were actual beings.
Hearing Prayers (3): Illusia can hear the prayers made by anyone at any temple and send them on to other gods if she believes that they warrant extra attention from the god being prayed to.

Core Temple 
-Illusia's Tool of Office is most likely the least mobile of any Tool of Office, seeing as it is stuck in the center of Môsôoriku. 
Amplifying the Sanctuary Effect (4): The Core Temple's most useful feature to Illusia though, is not that it serves as a focal point for many religious beings to come to (though that that is still VERY useful), but its power to prevent itself and anyone that Illusia chooses from being harmed while inside the Temple (Based on Aggressor’s Power + Skill ranks vs. Illusia’s Perception + skill ranks)

Protecting Offerings (2): The Core Temple also prevents the theft of any item left there as an offering to the gods until such a time as the god either comes to retrieve it or Illusia comes herself to pick the offerings up for the gods.

Kyuuketsu, Goddess of Blood and Wood

Judging Threats (3): Kyuuketsu can make a cross appear behind a target and latch onto them before ripping them apart if they threaten the safety of Môsôoriku or any of its inhabitants. After ripping apart its target, the cross explodes to harm the target’s allies. 
Not Being Harmed (5): Kyuuketsu's skin is extremely tough and it is hard to hurt her with any kind of cutting or piercing weapon or technique. 
===Tool of Office=== 
The Bloody Spear, Akatonbo 
-Akatonbo is a long spear that appears to constantly have blood dripping from its tip. 
Causing Extreme Pain (3): Akatonbo causes great pain in those it cuts 
Boiling Blood (3): Akatonbo can be thrust forward to fire a ray that makes a target's blood boil if it hits (500°C)

Lily and Kyouko, Goddesses of Fire, Ice, and Twins

Twin Lesser Gods

Freezing Others (K, 6): Kyouko can generate ice and cold that freezes so badly that even creatures normally immune to cold/ice are harmed by it 
Allowing Others to Hibernate (L&K, 2): Lily and Kyouko can put those whom they choose into a deep hibernation until such a time as they are needed once more. While affected by Prism, a mortal will not age and will sleep until woken up by a god (dess) or priest (ess) of Mina's religions 
Burning Others (L, 6): Lily can generate fire and heat so hot that even creatures normally immune to fire/heat are harmed by it

Twin Fangs of Spirit
-A pair of katana that can are colored red and blue respectively 
Striking Incorporeal Beings (2), Switching Spots with Each Other (2), Using Each Other’s Domains (2): Both Fangs have the power to cut incorporeal foes and allow their wielders to switch spots with one another at will as well as use one another’s Domains

Gravas, Goddess of Wind and Water

Lesser God

Power: 2

Perception: 3

Presence: 1           

Flowing like the Wind (4): Gravas can avoid attacks simply by letting them flow around and through her. This defense isn’t perfect as she can still be harmed by any being with a higher Perception that can use any element except wind or water to trap Gravas.

Cutting with Water (4): Gravas can use water’s trait of being virtually incompressible to create blasts and weapons that can cut through or break almost mundane material.

===Tool of Office===

La Couronne de l’Eau Sacré (Crown of Blessed/Cursed Water)

-A cup with both angelic and demonic designs; it has two handles, one of which is carved as a dove’s wing, the other of which is carved as a bat-like wing

Restoring Youth/Causing Old Age (5): La Couronne de l’Eau Sacré is able to either restore a drinker to the height of their youth or reduce them to the very beginning of the weakness of their old age as Gravas wishes

Increasing Power Temporarily (1): La Couronne de l’Eau Sacré is also able to increase a mortal’s power levels for up to half an hour, the longer the increase, the higher the chance that the mortal will die

Magnas, Goddess of Metal and Lightning

Moving Quickly (3): Magnas appears as not much more than a flash of lightning while using this skill

-A golden yellow cape that appears to have been made purely from fur

Protecting the Wearer (3): The Raiment of the Storm can both surround its wearer with lightning, hail and other elements of a storm to protect them as well as absorb any attack with the elements of a storm to fuel its power even further

Unleashing Storms (3): If it absorbs enough power, the Raiment of the Storm can fill its wearer’s entire presence with the power of a full-fledged storm

 I think you're still off a bit.

The skill points should be for skills, not powers.

I think your Tool of Office is okay for abilities, but innate powers need no mention; it's skills that are important, if I interpreted Zale's rules correctly.
