I will.

You are very good at this.

I sense a storm on the horizon.

I'll drop this for now, but be aware that I am still angry.

Not nearly as much as it would annoy me to see a mortal elevated beyond the level of a deity. Trust that. And you would be perfectly within your right to see it as rage-quitting. To believe that the gods (even the ones I don't believe in) deserve to be subverted to the will of a mortal is utterly, completely and entirely rage-worthy. I no more believe a mortal should be exalted over a god, than I believe any one man should rule over the people in an authoritarian manner, with no check to his power.

Now, of course, some of us here, due to whatever deep-seeded sense of malice or vindictiveness, may have no problem with that. I, on the other hand, reserve the right to disagree, and I do. Deeply.

If you can come up with a reason to have Dragon Vomit, then I suppose it can act like a divine kryptonite.

Not so bad as the whole Dragon, but still enough to weaken the weak or annoy the strong.

So, should I fight him, do you want to fight him, or do you want to fast foreward this after anouncing the creatures banishment...

If you want to fight here's a full array.

The creature's very existence erases mortal dimensions leaving behind an empty void inhabitable by all life. The effect of this is characterized by the black ooze.

In addition to this the vomit ability basically allows the creature to produce form within itself a large viscous glob of this erasing fluid from within it's core, each volley is roughly the size of half the earth, this action is involuntary and brought on from an upset stomach caused from Aox's light.

A secondary effect of the erasal fluid causes time to slow within it's viscinity shortenning movement until it reaches an almost complete stop as it makes contact.

The tentacles can regrow infanantly.

Not dragon vomit, the vomit of the thing that's probably Cthulu's natural predator in the wild.

Who said they were meant to be subtle? I don't have to be passive aggressive, like some folks. And by some folks, yes, I meant you.

You like the idea of a mortal ruling over gods, and having the last say over God, for your own deeply seeded, yet painfully transparent personal reasons, and I for one, have no fear or reservation to call you out on it. Whether you like it or not, it is the truth. And since you hate or resent God so, perhaps you always, deep down, have a problem with me, by extension. I'm fine with that. But if anybody here has any reason to be mad here (which they don't), it would be me.

Like always happens, you feel the need to interject yourself into a comment that I made that may not jive with your own personal desire for the truth of the universe, despite the fact that it was never originally meant as personal insult to either side; I just don't generally accept the humanistic approach, anymore than you like institutional religion. Regardless, I'm not here to please you, or make you happy, get along with you or get your acceptance. As much as I would like for you to just accept my personal belief and move on, like I accepted yours, that is not a necessity in my life, and I'm totally okay with you hating my ideas, and even hating me for having them.

Maybe you put me in the same category as those religious radicals who persecuted you in your own life. Who knows? Whatever. That's not up to me to concern myself with, or worry about, or wrack my brain over. Think what you will. Regardless, you should know by now that I will gladly take your annoyance in stride, and keep on steppin'. Hate my perspective, hate me, hate whatever the heck you want about my existence! You don't affect me, nor have you ever, nor will you ever.

I recognize your tactic, and personally, I'm better than stooping to the level of your contrived and childishly-impulsive reason to be angry.

I'm not in the mood to be helpful. If he feels like turning this into a personal matter, then by all means, I am more than happy to make this personal. As though he has some right to be angry at me. If he wants to attack me, I am not the one to be messed with, and eventually he will learn it, one way or another.

I will not be bullied by anyone into neglecting what convictions I have on my heart. And he better get it through his thick skull. People don't have to only accept him for his differences in perspective and opinion. He also has to accept them. Point blank.

I am different now. How long as It been since I've told you anything about my personal views?

You base your assumptions upon what you knew. But people change. Hell, as mercurial and flip-flopish as I am, you should know better than to think things would stay stable.

I do not hate God any further. I am now ambivalent. I have grappled with my anger and have moved on to a degree. I will not lie and say I'm not still angry and there's not still a temper there, but now It's directed at the right things.

At the ignorance that parades itself, calling itself Christianity and obscuring the decent people and actual morality behind it. I am angry at those that drag the name of God in the mud.

I am still Agnostic, but I am no longer as angry as I was.

I don't think it's a fine and dandy thing to have a human ruling over gods. You are projecting things unto me that are not there.

I made an off-hand comment about how it would be an interesting twist , one that I would never use because It would be met with dislike by some of the people in the roleplay. I won't foist something on people just because I like it.

I try to accommodate.

I like you Shad. You're one of my friends. That, however, does not change that you are somewhat arrogant and, as you put it, head-strong.

I am flawed, but you are also flawed.

You heap what you knew about me from our older debates onto the me of the present. How long ago was that?

Do you think I'm the same person.

I am hurt by that thought.

I really am.

I'm not saying that just as a ploy for sympathy or to end an argument. I'm just disappointed you think I haven't changed.

I am contrived and impulsive and childish and easily angered and mercurial at best and have issues.

But I'm trying to be a better person.

I just want you to know that. Do not let it affect our argument. I am not trying to manipulate this in my favor. I am trying sincerity. It's hard.
