Quartz is not very conductive. Plus creating quartz where there is no quartz would exhaust too much energy.

Ah, I thought that it mean that they had a lack of knowledge and intelligence due to them maturing at an excellerated rate, therefore less experience, word them better.

In that case can I mark the Endreakians as a mythical creature due to the fact that they are all technically spawned from the same tree, and can merge together or split apart when need be? or would they still be a race simply because each one can retain a personality and form?

Mythical creatures are on a individual basis.

You could make a tree that spawned minions, but they can not have the power level of your Endreakians.

....I'm a god of creation and destruction, I can do one of two thing, I can create another storm that could cancel that one out, I could make the giant electric rod you mentioned earlier, I could condense the cloud to turn it into a very very heavy rain but otherwise harmles "you may want to build an ark." I could evaporate the cloud, I could condense it into ice, and use that to make us a nice little antarctica which would also lower the worlds temperature about ten degrees or so, Or I could just outright wipe it from existance "but that would robably cost me way too many points."

Which idea sounds better.
