I was referencing the domains you had yet to reveal
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

Since we are trying to test the limits of the rules, and we will be swapping characters randomly, how are we going to explain the mood swings within the story? Or are we just going to ignore it and let people swap up play style as they like?

I'll post a list of choices.
Everyone picks a god they like. First come, first serve.
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

Let me check if I have this correct:
One mote every other day, we begin with 12, Religious orders are the only way to increase mote gain, planes store extra motes. Any other mote related things I'm missing?
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Nope.
Keep in mind you start with those stats. None of the infrastructure that other deities enjoy. The foe you face will have, among other things, Servitors/Mythical Beings/Races/Artifacts. Established and comfortable. While you guys- aren't

I'll take Dash.
And I'm wondering. If this story does end up translating into canon, can a Pantheon Leader change the domain of deities under them?

You could just add the domains you want in addition to what they already have. Have a mix of Acrobatic Dancing and Purity for example.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. Well, yes, that is possible. But, I prefer the intangible. They tend to be less do-without-able. Likely, she will become a goddess of something like an emotional or psychological state.

Wait, Religious Orders are the only way to gain extra motes, but they are also an inherent action that only requires a race to activate. That seems like an easy way to ramp up mote gain.

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. Yes.
Of course, the invasion of an enemy island probably isn't the best time for the birth of a race.
