It's up at the very top of the forum, if you need to find it again. A couple folders within folders, but otherwise, finding it should be pretty self-explanatory.

That was the whole point of the barrier, you have to admit: to create a safe haven from divine disputes. As for trouble, well I do have beings who wander around outside Môsôoriku, like Illusia, who will visit temples on a regular basis. The others I'll use as well.

I simply made the suggestion because I believe the change would improve your RPing ability for the reasons Zale said. How you participated was only mentioned for an in RP reason for the change.
