Could you make this image have a set of low twintails somewhat like Cure Mint from Pretty Cure? And have a sword?

 So am I. I think it definitely has promise.

Though, I thought of another custom adjustment, if you don't mind. Do you think you could add a small sphere at either side of Xlprq Jr.'s head? The spheres would be the same color as his eyes, but slightly smaller and entirely round.

Celadon has a couple species with spheres that orbit around their heads, and for them, the orbs serve as extra brain space, but for this Looter, it'd be purely aesthetic.

Nope, purely aesthetic. About half the height of the Looter's oblong eyes, and the same color. Also, with that gelatinous sheen to them.
